I don't generally leave reviews, but this store and the employees here definitely deserve it. I have frequented this location for more than 2 years, and the employees here are second to none! It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts has the worst costumer service ever. Too bad you can't give 0 stars on here. Every time I have gotten an iced coffee, it always tastes like there are coffee grounds in it. I stopped coming here and have only recently been back is because I get my kids a donut in the morning before school and its down the street from my home. This morning was it for me, I ordered 2 donuts and a small pineapple mango refesher. I get to the window and the woman at the drive thru has the card swiper ready, I asked could I scan my rewards first. She seemed to have an attitude. She gave me a medium refresher, the drink was for my daughter so I stated I needed a small drink which I had originally ordered. Her attitude increased and she told me to just drink it. I said no I want a small drink and the differnecr of what you charged me. She rudely grabbed the drink and stated she wouldn't be giving me money back next time. So not only do you mess up my order but you're not going to give me my money back when you do. I don't think so. I won't be coming back here again, the convenience is not worth the attitude, poor customer service, and hit/miss...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service. Their espresso machine is being “cleaned” EVERY time I go there no matter what time of day. I had agreed to wait for my drink on several occasions where I’ve waited for about 10-15 mins and was able to get my drink but this time and on another occasion, the drive thru worker refused to ring up my drink because they weren’t sure how long the “cleanup” will be. Why is this machine being cleaned all day? This is the ONLY store where I have experienced so much cleaning of the machine. I have been a regular there and had put up with this nonsense simply due to the reason that they are 5 mins away from my home. I called in to speak with the manager and the staff member who answered, of course rudely hung up because the manager “wasn’t available” and she wasn’t able to give me the name of the manager. Super unprofessional and unpleasant. I thought the whole business model and marketing strategy of Dunkin’ Donuts is serving beverages with convenience.
