Edit: They hired new people and they are fantastic!!!! I went back today (3/23/2023) and had a wonderful experience. Thank Goodness!!!! Will be back
Edit: CAN MANAGEMENT PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAMERAS FROM 10:30-11 AM ON 2/20/2023?? The young lady with tattoos literally smirks at a line of customers waiting to get served instead of asking jow she can help then multiple employees walk past customers without acknowledging them. Finally the young lady walks out from behind the counter on her way to the bathroom with another employee behind her and halfway there looks at the line and says "ya'll can order on the kiosk" before doing god knows what. She comes back behind the counter and i tell her the kiosk didnt have what i was looking for so i need to order with her and she rudely tells me "you gon' have to wait". So i left because what the hell kind of store are you guys running? FIRE THIS YOUNG LADY PLEASE. Everytime she acts like this. It is insane. Your store is insane. It is the most inconvenient "convenient" coffee shop EVER.
initial comment Cant give a zero rating I guess. the store was literally closed during business hours in the morning. Theres a gentleman that works mornings, not sure if hes the manager, but he is fantastic. There are several other employees who routinely walk by customers without acknowledging them. Ive left the store 3 or 4 times without my order because of the wait times. I give the benefit of the doubt and say well maybe someones having a bad day. But the service is terrible 100% of the time aside from the gentleman i above and it seems very personal. If you dont like your job, leave! There are plenty of people to fill your spot. Read morethis SPECIFIC dunkin location is absolutely horrible. i would rather create my own cup of coffee out of dirt and coffee grounds than order a coffee from here again. where do i even begin. let me talk about each experience i've had here. first of all, when this place opened, I was so excited because it was brand new. do not let the looks deceive you. i bit into my toasted bagel bite and it was FROZEN inside. but you know what, no biggie. the second time I go, I decide to mobile order. when I get there, my coffee isn't made. there was a decent sized line, but every single person in line got their orders before me, even though I mobile ordered. I had to remind them over the counter that I even made an order. honestly, I should've taken this as a sign, but I decided to give it ONE more try. I went earlier today and whew do I have a story to tell. I ordered two drinks and it took a VERY long time to make. not only this, the employees are literally CUSSING behind the counter. no filter whatsoever. but wait, it gets worse. while making my order, midway, the employee leaves to go on his break. after what seemed like 30 minutes, I get my order. I take a sip, it tastes awful. this did it for me. this was my last straw. that's when I started writing this review. anyway, please do not go here, for your mental and physical health. you will be much better off driving the extra few miles to go to the dunkin on baltimore...
Read moreOne of the worst Dunkin' locations I've visited. It's unfortunate, since it's also in a good location. Expect your typical drive-thru experience to encounter unfriendly management and extremely slow service. I've even had to reverse through the drive-through lane because -- even though I was the only person in line -- there was nobody to take my order for several minutes. Simply unacceptable. Unsure how certain franchises are so terribly run.
Edit: this location is even worse than it was months ago. There is literally never anyone in the cashier area to greet customers, and you actually have to yell into the void to see if there are any employees in the store. I'm not sure how this franchise is allowed to exist in the Dunkin' ecosystem. Their licenses should be revoked immediately. Please avoid this location at all costs!
Update (May, 2025): I decided to give this place one more chance, and behold, my expectations were met. My low, low expectations, that is. I went inside, stood by cash register for 5 minutes, without so much as an acknowledgement from the staff member who was serving mobile orders. The two people waiting for mobile orders were commenting on how awful this particular Dunkin is. Alas, nobody ever came from their hideaway in the kitchen to take my order. I gave up and left without having been served.
