Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Friday night i stop by this location while i was taking a walk around my neighborhood, ask a young kids for a glass water he did not esitate and make is way to get me one, but he got stop by is manager and immediately stop him and told him that he supposed sale Bottle of water. Manager turn around and ask me do you want to by a bottle water? I told him please can I have a glass water 💦 I was walking and did not feel well at the moment, but I was denied for a glass water in 2022 by Dunking Donuts. We will be never use Dunking Donuts ever again. Chick-fil-A across the street take care of me immediately. The Indian Manager should be shamed of him...

I place a mobile app order at lunchtime pretty much every Mon. thru Fri. Most of the older staff know my name and always greet me when they see me if not by name then at least w a smile and wave. The younger staff are friendly as well don't get me wrong but as with that age they tend to come and go. Sure there's been an instance here or there when something wasn't quite right but it happens and I never let it ruin my day because ultimately my great experiences outweigh any not so great. As long as I'm working in the area this location will continue to be my main go to at lunch, or anytime I need a mid work day...

I use to love this location, but recently it's been an absolute gamble asking for decaf. It's like they don't care or don't listen and sometimes it feels like the employees give you regular out of spite when you ask (there was a clear eyeroll when the employee was reminded to make it decaf by another employee last time I ordered and it absolutely wasn't decaf). It's super dangerous if you can't have caffeine for health reasons. I get mistakes happen, but this is happening so regularly now I don't see a point bothering.

I love the owner though. An absolute sweetheart. But I just can't...
