Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I have never been inside this location, so i must review the drive through service only.

The drive through staff is excellent. I have only once had a mix up with my order and it was immediately fixed without me feeling as though i was inconveniencing anyone. The staff I've interacted with are friendly, accurate, and prompt.

My local DD locations have friendly staff, but I find I'm struggling to communicate very basic requests to them. That is not the case here. My requests for sugar free flavor or a croissant instead of a bagel on a sandwich are understood and executed without a single hiccup. I'm always impressed by the speed and accuracy with which my order is completed.

I just went through the drive-thru with a mobile order and they gave us the wrong drink at first and the man at the window couldn't understand me. Finally the young man behind him understood and gave me the right order. In the meantime the reason we knew it was the wrong drink is because my son took a drink of it. The man at the window was going to give the drink my son drank out of to the customer behind us and did not underatand the multiple ways I tried to tell him to throw it out. We are in a pandemic. Passing along drinks that someone else has put their mouth on is never acceptable. I asked for someone that could understand me but the man just said ok and moved the drinks from the left counter to the right counter....

I've gone to this location a couple times a year, since 2018, in hopes that it'll be a better service and each time I'm disappointed. Last week I went for a simple Medium Hot Peppermint Latte at about 10am....on a Wednesday. What I got was COLD, 3/4 of a medium cup of peppermint latte. I'm pretty sure it was probably one that someone ordered online or 30 min earlier but never got. I will never be returning due to this incident and the many other negative experiences - rude, don't care attitude customer service. I highly suggest to go down about a mile to the other DD if you want better service and better...
