Food was delicious, and reasonably priced. A very casual restaurant where you place your order at the counter and eat with plastic utensils, though the food is served on heavy earthenware. Our entrees came quickly and the portions were huge. Our only negative would be that the wall adjacent to our booth needed to be wiped down. A few notes: (1) Queso wasn’t an option for dipping your tortilla chips in, (2) Beverages are sold bottled; sodas, water, etc. No free refills or fountain drinks are available, and, (3) The Jarritos (flavored citrus sodas) come in several different flavors; my husband had the fruit punch, and said it was great. While the food is tasty (I’ve purchased food from them years ago), the service is truly horrible. I had a bad experience with them before (terrible customer service), but I just thought it was that particular employee. Fast forward years later, I entered the restaurant to order food and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came up to me (mind you, several employees saw me standing there and only one couple was there sitting and eating). When an employee decided to approach me, they gave me minimal eye contact and told me that the restaurant was closed even though the “Open” sign was lit. They then directed me to the front door and I was left feeling ‘put out’ based on their cold demeanor. I will not come back again based on their coldness towards me no matter how tasty...

Yes, the customer service isn’t the best. Yes, the atmosphere isn’t the best. But believe me when I say, this place has the highest quality burritos that you’re going to find within at least a 20 mile radius… and the cheapest. I’ve had burritos that are double the price, and still no where near as good as the ones here. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to in Bel Air, the food here has the best quality to price ratio I have seen. And if you want real Coca Cola with sugar instead of corn fructose, you’ll have to go here to get it, since Mexican Coca Cola has real sugar, unlike the Coca Cola...
