Hardee’s — Restaurant in Maryland

Like 4.5 stars now; used to be a 5 for me. So recently I got some REALLY SMALL chicken tenders; they were like little nuggets not like the 1's they used to have. Fries also weren't like usual and burgers seemed smaller. Every now & then esp depending on time of month (busy or slow) & day of the week + whose back there working, you MAY get fries that have sat a bit but basically 98% of the time food is RIGHT. It's best to order to eat IN like most fast food, really any place. Anyway. Love this Hardee's!😍 Food's GR8 Most of the time! Clean, chill restaurant; never too loud. You can sit & Dine In or order out it's all gud! Staff & Manager always nice; they treat you like Family and very Welcoming whether you're sitting eating in the restaurant or do Drive-Thru. My friend always gets the Mushroom Swiss and raves about it. Their burgers are the bomb though! (Big, Beefy, Charbroilled flavor; soft buttery bun) and chicken strips/tenders combo delicious too! Nice southern fried golden tasty & meaty tenders white meat. I got a 3 piece and was glad I didn't get the 5. And their medium drink is like a large. Crispy fries (yum!) filled up all the way. Food never cold or stale like some other Fast Food places sometimes. Gr8 breakfast sandwiches, crispy hashrounds, & nice hot coffee too; their bfast biscuit is THE BEST: Homemade taste; buttery, Luscious, & Decadent with rich cheese on it. Came in around 6:15 there was 1 girl waiting for her food as my friend places order for coffee and two apple pies then I place a separate order of three piece chicken strips and onion rings 5 people came after me Place their orders and left I was still standing there waiting for my food ask the manager where's my food all I ordered was three chicken strips and some onion rings she says we want to make sure they are fresh we're dropping them now I said I'm going to go sit down this is unbelievable she replied I can refund your money if you'd like I said that'll work then to add fuel to the fire she added oh I know those two they do this all the time what are you talking about this is only my second time in here with my And . This Hardee’s location is fast and friendly during the daytime hours. However, late night is another story. The woman working was very rude and was made that I was actually ordering. I was trying to make her night better by saying “I’m sorry your having a bad night”. She flipped out and said yes it is because her boyfriend is in another country and she couldn’t talk to him without a person always ordering. I said “wow, I didn’t realize you had that much business this late?” Mind you there was no one else there. She replied no it’s not but she doesn’t like being bothered. I said I’m sorry but aren’t you working and getting paid for it? She said yes but you had to come and ruin my night by ordering cause she wanted to talk and her hip was hurting. I said I’m very sorry your in pain and I hope you can call your boyfriend back. She said he is still on the phone. I was flabbergasted.
