Hardee's — Restaurant in Maryland

We went to the Pasadena, Md. location on 5/28/25 at around 8pm. I didn't get their names, but the two ladies who were working there DESERVE COMMENDATIONS! (Please see that they get them.) They took care of everything.....inside customers, drive through customers, customer service, cooking, cleaning, everything. They were very polite, professional, friendly and were genuinely interested in making everything just right for us. The food was great, although the gravy on my mushroom swiss burger was too salty for my taste. My only other complaint is this. Please please bring back the cinnamon biscuits you use to...

Rude and Poor management ordered 2 breakfast burritos. got home to find some egg wrapped in a burrito. took them back and told manager to please look at them she didnt say a word and took bag to back. After a few minutes I asked girl at register to go tell her I didnt want them I just wanted my money back, since she didnt bother to ask. The so called manager did the refund at drive thru window came over handed me my money and walked away Again not a word. no apology, nothing. Very poor customer service/management skills. I came here because I wanted one of their chicken sandwiches I saw on a commercial. I don't usually eat fast food, but I saw the sign & thought "why the heck not?" Unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed in not only the look (I know fast food NEVER looks just like the commercials), but this was pathetic. The bun was twice the size of the chicken & it was clearly sitting for a while. Had higher expectations, but they got my $9 & I learned my lesson!
