Absolute awful service and the food was unseasoned, overcooked and just overall poor quality. I ordered the catfish and wings combo. A usual for me at other locations. However the Catfish was small, wings was burnt and dry and the fries was lacking that good seasoning that makes this place special. I then had to ask for condiments that should already be in the bag and the people working in the front seem like they don’t know much about how the store works. You ask them questions about the menu and they’re lost. I’m familiar with this food chain and know exactly how I like my entree, but they seem clueless when you order certain things. Which then causes things to be rung up incorrectly and unfortunately you can’t see how it’s rung up on the receipt either. As I was ordering I wanted an extra piece of fish and an extra side with my food and they seemed rather confused and I had to correct the order multiple times. They ended up ringing my order twice and it was significantly different prices the first and second time, but I was hungry so I wasn’t thinking. All I know is my order was way more expensive than at other locations and according to the menu I mistakenly only read after I left, the prices should be similar if not the same. Please get it together. I paid almost 40 dollars for what should’ve been two 11 dollar combos with one extra piece of fish and an extra side.
Also, just an FYI for the owner, in this area that is in between Owings Mills and pikesville, there’s a lot of people who might want to try this out for the first time don’t know what you offer and if ya’ll want to last you’ve got to get people who know the food and how it tastes and what it’s supposed to look like. Also make sure condiments is always in the bag. Y’all got some good hot sauce, but new customers won’t know about it cause they don’t put...
Read moreDon’t go to this location. I’m no stranger to hip hop chicken, but the people running this location don’t know what they’re doing and have a terrible communication barrier. They ring up your food on their own accord and it doesn’t add up to the menu prices. They don’t know what’s on their menu to begin with. The staff was disrespectful and I don’t see them sanitizing their hands after touching money and bagging up food. I sat in there and as I waited for my food, I heard one of the cooks come up to the cashier and laugh at my side order, questioning if that was something they even served. I’m sure they thought I didn’t hear them, but that was a major turn off for me. It was prepared terribly as well. Greasy and not seasoned properly. And then I had to ask for simple condiments other locations automatically know to put in the bag when you order things fish and chicken. How are you going to give me my order without hot sauce or ketchup? They're very unproffesional and the staff doesnt even know basic math. I was overcharged for my food and it wasn’t good. They don’t even know how to ring up the things on their own menu and it’s ridiculous. Like how to add extra wings to an entree. I tried this location out because it’s closer to my house, but I’d rather drive to randallstown knowing I’ll get my food for the right price and with decent service. I don’t expect this location to last long. Not unless they...
Read moreWe wanted to give this place a shot. First off the girl behind the register was nice but there was a slight communication issue with languages. Seeing it was our 1st time we had a lot of questions. Well, we got past that and just went simple and got 20 wings/legs. They don’t offer any nice sauces just the typical stuff. The food came out in a timely manor. We got hone to dig in and let just say it was so bland and tasteless. The legs were just so large like at the carnival large and my wife likes the drumettes (slightly smaller). They were burned and the skin was like eating a wet suit. The wing parts were dry and burned up. The over cooked them and what little meat was there was dried up. The fries were thrown in the chicken and the steam turned them to mashed potatoes. Just a god awful mess. Now this food may fly for the inner city folks or those inebriated but not for someone looking for a tasty chicken. Popeyes right down the street has by far way better chicken and has faster service. So, I imagine this place won’t last to long unless more people just don’t care have a bite to eat here. NOT FOR ME. This place better stay in the city if it...
