Poor customer service. I bought a product Eco Style Professional styling gel from this place. I was checking where the Security tape was, in preparation for opening, then noticed next to it, a long crack, unoticable unless closely observed. So I called Mr. Steve that same day about the product being cracked and wished to exchange it the following day. He made a fuss about it. The product was cracked, located where the tape keeping the product secure was, so it seems they knew. He refused to exchange it, saying customers won't buy it(NOT MY PROBLEM) you sold it broken and didn't think the customer would notice and/or care. Well I did and came respectfully. Still got attitude. He also made a statement saying, "Sometimes customers come buy things, use, break and return." My item was in the same condition I bought it (Security tape included) unopened. I'm not sure if it was his wife, but she gave nasty looks which was unnecessary. I understand you want to support him but this is a business, and your attitude can cost it when it ain't boomin due to customer decline. Mannerism. I finally got my exchange after my boyfriend checked over the intact switched product and was told not to come back. Well, luckily for you, Mr. Steve that's why I had a problem with your policy. If there's a no refund, only exchange products in a resalable condition(which it wasn't sold in one) and store credits, then where would your unsellable products that you sold fit? I wasn't happy with the services and I had no intentions on coming back anyway.🤷🏽♀️ Sketchy...
Read morePoor customer service. I made a few purchases and drove home. Upon reaching my home and checking my bag I realized an item I purchased was not In the bag. I promptly called the store and notified them that I was missing an item I purchased. The representative told me that the item I purchased was at the register and to come back to the store. I returned to the store and notified them that the item at the register was mine, I called earlier and was returning to pick it up. I was notified by the representative that they would have to check the security cameras to verify. Confused I asked why if the woman who checked me out verified she forgot to bag my item, and I also called and was told to come back because it was waiting for me at the register. I showed my receipt and asked them to compare the Sku number as it should match the item I purchased that was not bagged. They refused. I felt as if I was being treated as a liar. The manager came to speak with me. I asked why am I being treated in this manner when I had to drive twenty minutes back to the store (40 minutes total) due to their error. No consideration was given to me due to the time wasted because of their mistake. Additionally, the managers demeanor was dismissive of my concerns. I asked for a refund. I will not patronize a place that has poor customer service and non accommodating for mistakes made on their end. Please do not visit this store! They do not value customers and exhibit poor...
Read moreI’ve been shopping at this location for a really long time so today when I went in there, I was looking at The human braiding hair and they have it all behind the counter so you have to get assistance so they sent a young lady to assist me. She was nice, but I guess when I kept asking to see different hair, she went to go get somebody to assist her after the second assistant got there with her. I noticed the older woman come from behind the cash register and was standing behind me like I was trying to runoff with their hair I immediately handed the young lady back the hair and said I’m done and let the old lady know. I’m not trying to run off with your hair and went and talked to the owner and let him know. I spent plenty of money in here, but I will not be shopping back...
