TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Maryland

Taylor at Owings Mills waited on us tonight... If you can call it that. We were not greeted for about 10- 15 minutes. My drink came out with sugar rather than salt and was never addressed. Ordered a Caesar salad and a soft pretzel appetizer that took half an hour to arrive. Pretzels came out cold. Asked for wet naps and went to restroom, headed both to and from bathroom passed Taylor twice, with her phone glued to her face, she didn't even notice me over her shoulder looking at her screen. Got back to the table to no wet naps, empty app plates that had not be pre bussed and finished drink glasses on table. At this point it's about 45 minutes since we put in our dinner orders, so I went outside to use the phone. While I'm on the phone my fiance comes out to tell me we're leaving. He had ordered another drink before I went outside and went to the bar to ask about it, only to find our waitress face timing on her phone with his drink in front of her. There was a gentleman, also on his phone, in uniform. He asked the man if he was a manager there, he stated he was, so my fiance proceeded to tell him how our service had been so far. The man never looked up from his phone, and only half responded, sorry to hear that. Frustrated Anthony returned to our table to only to find our food had been delivered hardly lukewarm. He picked up the plates, carried them over to the bar to and handed them to the manager, who had to put his phone down to take them, and told him he could take them, that we were leaving. The manager stuttered an, oh I'm sorry, and nothing more as Anthony left the restaurant. It's really sad. We really love the food there, when it makes it to the table hot, that is. And the drinks are great. I'm sincerely shocked at how bad our service was and that nothing was done to address it. I've worked as a server since I was 14, now 33. If I had ever been caught with my phone on me, much less glued to my face, I'd have been either sent home for the night or worse, fired. Food and drinks are great, I will eat there again. Bonnie provides great service at the bar. We've eaten there for years. You should go. But if a young lady comes to you and introduces herself as Taylor. which by the way she never did, I had to ask her name, request another server, or just go somewhere else. Worst...

Service is ghetto, everyone is always in uproar about to fight. The general manager brings in codeine during shift. Drug deals go on in that place and so much gosip and drama. The servers are rude and not attentive the drinks taste like juice cups are dirty and servers clean cups themself.. No professionalism found anywhere. Workers go off base to roll up a joint and be high during the shift. They wrongfully terminate people by text. No paper work, no write ups no conversations just automatically decide to let you go not caring about anyones livlihood. But. If you worked there to long its time for them to get rid of you. They promise hours and full time but barely give any hours and pay below minimum wage. People lie about medical conditions just so they can sit in the office all day and not do anything servers dont attend to their guest. Whoever manages this establishment doesnt know how to manage a chuc e cheese and this ship of a restaraunt will sink now or later it was 2 yet looked crazily amess in there. Managers party and drink with associates, managers sell illegal substances on site and trust me the cookers dont wash there hands or use gloves. Servers leave there table sitting without prebussing. Please go to a restaraunt worth your money like green turtle or outback. Fridays treat they workers like scum and customers worse. Also ive seen with my own to eyes workers taking pictures of peoples credit card information. So go to ths awful place if you want. Air ducts dont get clean. Filters dont get changed and ants on all on the table. Have fun but mcdonalds would be a better option than this subpar restaraunt with cobb webs roaches and mice. Overworking employees like slaves on or off the clock. I got food poisioning 3 times since i been there. They also beg customers for good reviews. Horrible. Horrible horendous. Theyre more worried about their love affairs in the restaraunt than being a good server managers dating servers or host and the managers be triple the age. My friends and myself arrived at Friday's sometimes around 930pm. We was seated right away which was shocking. After the hostess left we were waiting for our waitress to order our food and drinks. The server never came. After sitting for 15-20 minutes we asked a random employee who was our waitress because nobody came yet. The employee went to the hostess and she came back apologizing for the wait and confusion with the waitress and she can put our drink order in while they find our server. Eventually, a waitress came and said she would be our new waitress and she apologize for the previous waitress. We ordered our food and waited for our food and drinks. Everything was moving after that and was going just fine until it was time to go. Our new waitress didn't return to the table for a good 30mins. I wanted to order another drink and wings and when the hostess walked past I asked her can I put order the drink through her we havent seen the waitress for a while. The hostess said ok but I never got my drink. Now we are annoyed and ready to go and the waitress appears. We asked for the bill, my drink, wings, and boxes. I guess she only heard the wings because that was the only thing she return with. We asked some random employee can we get boxes because nobody ever brought them to the table. My friend asked me about my drink and I told her screw the drink they moving slow and I'm ready to go. The waitress came to the table with 1 bill and said she had to find the manager to fix the other 2 bills. Now we waiting again. Soon as waitress arrived tried to hand her the payment so she wouldn't vanish again and we can leave. That plan didn't work. She sat the bill down and left. She came back to collect the bill and she was gone again. Finally she returned our bank cards to us. Usually when I go to this Friday's I never have an issue with the service but Friday night was a mess and it wasn't busy. There should not have been a reason for the poor...
