Sorry very honest… been coming here on average 1-3 times /week first discovered it over 1.5 years ago
1- there has been a help wanted sign posted most of the times I’ve been here for over a year now although I didn’t see it the past few times
2- one employee in particular doesn’t wear hair nets! EVER! I’ve asked about this multiple times and she still doesn’t wear them nor is her hair properly tied however other workers are told they need to keep them on at all times… wonder why the help wanted signs existed
3- the same worker that doesn’t wear hair nets also is very rude and snappy not just with me but with others as well seems to have an attitude problem and does what she wants. Additionally- every single time she’s made my food it’s not been good and we waste it Bc it tastes like the ingredients are just slapped on in random proportions but we’ve wasted it every single time she’s made it. The newer workers make it better than she does and without any attitude!
4- yes the taste will vary slightly depending on who makes it but again it should not have to be so bad that we can’t eat it especially that you’re spending around $14.30 at least each time
5- staffs dress code needs to be reassessed… clothing should not be see through… and staff could be more modest with the opposite gender… especially considering the background of the owner
6- I’ve seen 2 staff members sweating profusely one particular day and wiping the sweat while making the wraps and bowls
7- today in particular- there were 4 workers that I saw at least it was not that busy actually however there was a hold up and the 5 people in front of me were being served for 20-25 minutes before my order was taken. There was only 1 person behind me until I left so again not sure why it took around 30 minutes to serve 6 people today! Additionally there was a wet floor sign with a trail spilled across the floor from entrance heading to the bathrooms the whole time…
8- finally after they cut the wrap foil particles get stuck on the food… check next time and you’ll see for yourself although it’s not as bad as...
Read moreFirst attempt for this new way of Mediterranean cuisine. Setup like a chipotle kind of way where the customer can request what they want from the menu then dine in or take out. Upon first arriving there was a delightful fragrant smell of garlic and onions. Unfortunately we were met with two employees sitting down in the dining area, one of them on their phone. Besides that there was a wait for chicken kabob because they were out, which was fine however, one employee sitting down said it would take ten minutes. As I waited with my wife, I noticed one employee cleaned the tables then with some rag cleaned the corner of the floor by the front door and then proceeded to clean the tables with same rag. Another thing to point out was the pita bread. It was stale, bread from a grocery store, and thrown into a panini press. So, far not impressed by the accommodations and questioned the flavors that I was looking forward to. After waiting the allotted time for the chicken to be done,14 minutes, I was provided a measly amount of protein that was average without flavor. I do not know why this restaurant has 4.9 via Facebook when it really should be 1 or a two at best. The flavor was not there and did not provide that aromatic experience I was hoping for. Instead it provided a level that's on par with any fast food such as McDonald's. I will wait a time and try again to see if things do indeed improve but for the first try for someone trying Mediterranean foods, I'd suggest some where else that's authentic and worth spending a few more dollars for the amount of food. Also the authentic flavor and aromatic experience, even...
Read moreJust happened to pass this little place on the way for a work related visit and decided to give it a try at the end of the day. Lotta vegetarian & vegan options that are nicely identified on the menu. Placed my order online for a customized bowl half rice/half veggies and instantly received a confirmation text of my order along with time for pkup. Ten minutes later I received a text that my order was ready. I was so hungry having skipped lunch that I dug in for a few bites before I realized I forgot to take a picture so don't let the picture fool you. It was delicious!!! So much so that I ordered a falafel bowl the next evening and was equally satisfied; falafels were yummy and they give you several. Had I been in the area a third day I would have returned to try their wraps. They pack the bowl so without doubt you get your money's worth. I found the rice to be incredibly good and cooked perfectly and loved the variety of sauces and toppings! Be mindful that should you select more than the standard amount alotted, there is a small fee for additions. Initially I found the online ordering a bit confusing however, simply scrolling to the end of the selection list and working your way back up through the options was easier. You can dine in or out. If doing carry out, be sure to check your bag for utensils and napkins as these were missing with each of my orders. Fortunately I noticed this before driving away and easily jumped back in to grab them. Bottom line...give them a try...you won't be disappointed. Update... travelling thru and did a quick stop for dinner. Once again, they did not...
