KFC — Restaurant in Maryland

Wow! Absolutely the WORST experience we have EVER had at a fast food place. We will never be back. Around 10:00pm on 4/21, it began with the male at at drive through sounded so miserable... which should have been our red flag to drive off. We ordered 2 large sodas but received 2 mediums. We asked if we could get the larges (which we paid for) and the lady said with so much attitude "well it'll be extra". We said no because we paid for it but then we were getting frustrated and said whatever, fine we will pay extra. She says it is cash only for the drinks. What?! Then she gives us one large drink and at this point we are SO frustrated so we take the one large drink. To make matters worse, the people we could see inside literally were chuckling at us. The cherry on top: crunch wraps were not crunchy, more like soggy. The hard tacos? More like soggy tacos. Terrible service and...

Just got the KFC chicken sandwich here for lunch. We wanted to try the sandwich because we thought it would be good. Well, the bun was cold like it had been refrigerated, the chicken was dry and the sandwich was slopped together. It was the worst sandwich ever. I am a home cook and we rarely eat out. Since we were on the road today we decided to stop at KFC. Never again. I informed the store manager how bad the sandwich was. I told her they need to take pride in what they serve. I would never serve anyone a slopped together, dried out nasty sandwich like that. The manager asked me if I wanted another sandwich. Do I want another one? No Thanks Lady. I will never come back again to KFC or any other fast food restaurant...

I recently ordered food online for my family, and everything was perfectly packed. What truly made my experience stand out was KFC's approach to sauces. Unlike other places that charge, KFC doesn't charge for sauces for your chicken, which is a huge plus when you've got a big order!

The customer service was also fantastic. As I was leaving, a friendly KFC team member, who was just walking in, went out of his way to hold the door for me and even apologized as he did so. This level of thoughtfulness and customer care is truly impressive.

Between the excellent customer service and the fact that they don't nickel and dime you for sauces like Popeyes does, I'm definitely going to choose KFC much more often from now on....
