I have been to this place a couple of times. I always found that there bread did not taste fresh. It's was okay. Plus poor customer service. The last time I was there to purchase a Rosca de Reyes (kings men bread) there was a huge line of people who did not know what was going on, staff were uninformed. I was in the line for about 15 minutes. I got off the line to look for a staff to ask questions regarding the amount of Roscas made, for waiting time after those who pre-order there bread if there would be enough made.
