Given that I only get a 45 minute lunch break and have to run home to let my dog out.

2:36 pm- (me) Yes I'd like to see if you have a deep dish and Italian cheese bread ready.

2:36 pm- (employee) Yes we do.

2:36 pm- (me) OK I'll be there in about 3 minutes.

2:39 pm- (me) (at the restaurant) Hi I just called about the deep dish and cheese bread.

2:40 pm- (employee) (a deep dish takes 8 minutes to cook) OK that will be about 6 minutes.

2:40 pm- (me) I just called less than 5 minutes ago and was told it was ready.

2:40 pm-(employee) (blank stare)

I am typically not the type to complain but this is at least the 4th time I've tried to call ahead to ensure the "hot and ready" pizza was ready, only to get there and be told to wait. If I wanted to wait for the pizza I would go to Rocco's right down the street but given the short lunch break I do not have time. This use to be a OK spot to get pizza but you have these young kids in here working which is not a problem but when they don't have customer service or sanitation skills they don't need to be around food, I called in a order at 5:34 and they tell me the order was not placed during to computer error so the young boy is wiping his nose with his hands and going to open the food door I asked him to wash his hands that is so nasty and he sniffing 100 miles going north then another boy keeps running his hands through his hair and a customer came in he was outside vaping and he did not wash his hands another boy with him no uniform just a pink hoodie and jeans out vamping and goes in and don't wash his hands either I don't think he even work here then they congragate in the front playing where is the leadership here or health department I'm sitting here and my daughter still waiting on her food its 6:15 and still not ready I told her to go somewhere else due to the unsanitary of these kids and don't know who the manager is but they defintlely need and adult here that's clean and value...
