Manny & Olga's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I've finally had a belly full of their horrible customer service! I have been ordering from this particular Manny and Olgas for the last 20 years. I'm fed up beyond fed up. 1/2 the time when you order for delivery, the order is wrong or no longer hot. The other half the time the food is actually decent when prepared properly (for that to happen a certain male manager has to be there). They do tend to rush their customers when taking orders. Tonight I started trying to call them from 3 different phone numbers simultaneously at 10:45pm.... They don't close till 11pm. I have had this happen several times before. I have worked in the restaurant industry darn near my whole life (literally).

*Note to the owner(s)... if you are going to run a restaurant, you need to love and live your restaurant. Successful restaurants take orders up until the close of business and sometimes even longer depending on situations. If you say your hours are from xx time to xx time. Then make those your hours. You also need to give your customers the benefit of the doubt, not everyone is out to get something free! And those who are, that just happens to be part of the business. If you don't like the business or your customers, then sell it or just close the doors for good! If you love your business, then fix it! Get managers and employees who love their job and your business just as much as you do! I'll be ordering from Pizza Bolis for awhile. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER even the manager had a bad attitude. I called to make a delivery order and whoever answered the phone sounded like he really didn’t want to take the order he didn’t ask for my info or anything i was asking him if he needed any of that and he said no i asked him if they accept credit cards when they do delivery because i didn’t have cash he said yes and then i just told him my order and he hung up on me . They delivered my food and it was a whole scene because i gave them my credit card and the driver said whoever took my order was suppose to take my info but he didn’t even ask for it . I talked to the manager and he wanted me to give my credit card to the driver like who does that ??? & then he told me to give my info to him like Seriously who runs that business ? I told him whoever took my order suppose to take my info and i told him how whoever answered the phone how he was being rude and he said well just give us the food back he didn’t even let me tell him the whole problem . AND HE TOLD ME DONT CALL THERE OR GO THERE AGAIN LIKE SERIOUSLY I ORDER LITERALLY EVERYTIME FROM THERE AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OR ANYTHING IT WAS WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE FAULT AND...

Worst costumer service ever!!! I came to this restaurant one night with my mom for a late night pizza and pasta dish. 30 minutes before the restaurant closes the Manager and staff refused to let my mother and I in. When we asked what time do they closed the Manager or Owner not sure, just turned his back to the window therefore we cannot see his face and he ignored us. They carried them selves and the restaurant at very low standards. I would not eat or recommend anyone to eat at a place that treats their paying customers with so much disrespect.
