Was recently hired, only worked a couple of weeks, had a family problem and needed a few days off, called in everyday the day before to let them know, also called the one morning to double check they had someone covering my shift and was told every time "yes someone is covering it"...."it's fine" ..Also called in another time and apologized that I had needed the days off. That was last week. Called in and offered to work this past weekend since I had taken those days off, then called on Sunday to see if I had to work Monday morning (like usual) she said I wasn't on the schedule all week .....Called in again Tuesday, noone answered. Called in again yesterday (wednesday) and was asked if i could come in today (Thursday) so I just assumed it was to work and said yeah! Normal time?? She said "you won't be working, we need to have a sit down." I said okay. Went in today 8:00 am for the meeting and she's running late like always. So I had to sit and wait....She gets there and tells me she's letting me go because "I never come to work" no call no show. When I come to work everyday on time but mostly early since I started....They told me it was flexible hours like I could only work a few days a week if I needed to when I started. And I called in ALWAYS, and was told thats fine, if it wasn't okay for me to miss the days, one of you managers that I talked to everyday should have said something, and I could have tried to make it to work. Instead of leaving me thinking it's fine...And then fire me for it.....Yous are in the WRONG. And then proceed to let me call in for a WEEK saying I could work and seeing about the schedule instead of telling me to come in or that I was fired. That's just ignorant to do to someone. I did not deserve...
Read moreLet’s be honest, this is a fast food restaurant and expectations should be low. Even I was surprised with how abysmal this place was today. In all fairness, we walked in and ordered behind somebody who obviously didn’t want to cook Easter dinner for their family. We, on the other hand, only ordered a Happy Meal for our daughter. We waited for 16 minutes. During that 16 minutes, I witnessed confusion, panic, and anxiety from the employees. The shouting of orders back and forth was eerily similar to somebody calling out an air strike. The running around and trying to figure out orders looked like the scene from Titanic where the ship is going down. Over the course of my life, I’ve regretted lots of 16 minute segments. This may have topped them all. Near the end of the wait, one of the employees asked for our order and seemed surprised when I told her we ordered, at that point, 14 minutes ago. They then brought us a Happy Meal, which had the wrong contents. Credit where credit is due, one of the employees was nice enough to upgrade the...
Read moreAbsolute HORRIBLE PLACE. The lady who took my order (PHENOMENAL) the only one with a once of kindness. The drive through lady was very wretched. I asked for ketchup and she was in such a rush most of the ketchup I was given is in the drive through ground We are not from around here and I’m in awe about how RUDE this whole area is. The gentleman at the front counter dropped my condiments in my hand (mind you these are the condiments that weren’t given during my transaction through drive through that I asked for) and then too boot that had my drinks wrong and told me to replace my drink and there was NO ICE in the machine they told me to replace my drink at that they screwed up in the drive through. I’m absolutely appalled and yall need to have more employees like the lady who took my drive through order.
The picture shows all the ketchup that was dropped because we wanted to...
