I arrived at 11:15PM this evening to attempt to grab a late night snack, I pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes for no one to answer me. I thought maybe there was an employee in the restroom or something so I decided to call the restaurant but to no avail. All the lights were on so I looped around and entered the drive through once again. Same results. As I was leaving this time, I noticed an employee peeking from inside to see if I had left. When she inadvertently made eye contact with me, she ducked and disappeared into the back. I ended up driving to the 7eleven across the street.
Look, I work late nights as well and I get it. After a long day or night, everyone just wants to go home and not have to stay at work any longer than necessary. However, I find it absurd and rude to literally witness an employee neglecting to do her job while the restaurant's drive through was supposed to be open for another 45 minutes. Again, I understand that nobody wants to be working late hours but when I went to 7eleven immediately after this debacle, there was only one person working, she was SO pleasant and SO kind. I was in and out within 5 minutes. All the 7eleven employee did was cheeringly greet me and ring me out for what I wanted, thanked me for my purchase and told me to have a great night, all with an authentic smile on her face. That's all it takes to make a customer's experience great rather than...
Read moreOverall I would not say the service is poor but recently I my husband and I visited this location, which is in our neighborhood and my husband and I both ordered fish sandwiches and my husband requested extra tartar sause. When we received our meals we asked which one of the sandwiches had the extra tatar. The Manager grab both of the sandwiches and placed one under the warmer and handed the cook the other requesting that a sticker to be placed on the box. Then the Manager placed both sandwiches back in the bag and proceeded to hand me the bag. I confronted the Manager asking how did she know which of the sandwiches had the extra tartar and I informed her that I saw what she had done. She stared, took the bag back and then instructed the cook to prepare two more sandwiches. I was very angry that she tried to deceive me and I told so. She looked like the she had just got caught with her hand in the cookie jar. She did eventually apologize which was great but if I had not been watching her she would have never given us new sandwiches. This was not good customer service. This experience has made me think twice about patronizing that...

Let me tell you this amazing story of outstanding customer service, by mistake I was given the wrong order and I did their survey on the receipt stating this issue. To my amazement the manager of the store called me to apologize with great sincerity, I was really impressed. An hour after that call, the owner Ram Takata called me !!! When does that ever happen. I run a large business and deal with customer service often but I have never experienced such care and concern that I was provided. The story continues as the owner came to business personally and gave me his letter of apology , his personal apology and a coupon for a free meal. How impressive is he and to take that kind of care over a small situation. This is the best customer service experience I have ever seen and am sharing with everyone. This is how its done and I will forever be grateful for how important this store and owner have handled this. Congratulations on a...
