Horrible service ! I order my food through the Drive Thru and the lady who was at the second window was really rude! She gave me half of my order and when I tried to let her know that half of my order was missing . She gave me a rude answer saying I needed to go around and order the other half! I advised her that I paid for two meal and 4 mcchickens. She gave me another rude answer saying that she only takes care of the food and nothing else ! I needed to go around because and order my other half because she had three cars behind me. I took another look at the receipt think maybe the lady who takes the orders did not add everything I order. However, my order was correct and the lady did not read the receipt correctly. Several employees looked at my phone & saw I paid, but the order number had a glitch & therefore (after about 10 minutes of waiting & trying to figure it out), they told me I had to cancel the order. The App wouldn't let me cancel. Then they told me that I had to call. Really? Call who? You go on the App there's only numbera for if yoy ordered via Grubhub & such.
