Worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s frustrating every time we go. It’s one thing, or another. If you go inside, prepare to deal with absolutely no staff. They will be entirely focused on the drive-thru. Most of the time, you have to take your own order at the screen, because there is nobody at the front registers. You can watch people constantly coming inside from the drive-thru with orders they messed up, and they just stand there looking around waiting to be acknowledged. I saw a few elderly people getting confused and having trouble with ordering from the screen as well. They even made a comment to us like “Why can’t they just take our order?” They turned around and left. Once you place your order on the screen, there is either no “Table Tent” which is a just a table number you have to grab to continue paying, or the card reader is broken. So it’s ultimately pointless and a waste of time. They will watch you waste your time and do nothing about it. They won’t even put a sign up saying it doesn’t work. They won’t refill the tents needed in order to complete the transaction. Brought it to the managers attention, and he seemed flustered and like he had more important things to deal with. Shook his head in a “I don’t know what to tell you” kind of way. Not really professional and didn’t fix any of the problems brought to his attention.
If you go through the drive-thru be prepared for a young lady to take your order, and there be a language barrier. She is great! But every time she takes my order, it’s wrong, because she doesn’t speak English well. They also will close the inside dining, and have one drive-thru lane open. It takes forever. They will not honor 2 separate orders in the car even if they are closed inside, or if you are both using rewards/deals. The Manager was unapologetic and rude. Read moreWe were driving home to NJ after a family vacation and decided to grab a quick breakfast. We noticed they were remodeling and were "drive-thru only." The lady at the speaker took our order, then informed us the only available drinks were water and coffee. She then gave us our total, but we weren't done ordering. We added our next items and she gave us our total AGAIN but we still weren't done ordering. This time, it took us a few minutes to get her back. We tried ordering our final items, but it seemed that she was helping other customers on the other drive-through speaker. Eventually she returns and she modifies our order. If you haven't guessed it yet, this does end with half of our items missing from the order; not only that, but every single item was cold and stale. Also, my Egg McMuffin was missing the EGG. Quite wild, if you ask me. McDonald's breakfast is something we only get about once a year to begin with and after that fiasco, it will be easy to go even longer. Freaking yikes, man.
