McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This morning, I came through the Drive Thru and specifically asked for a big breakfast no hotcakes sub bacon and extra bacon along with a few more items. I pulled up and paid for my order. On my receipt says what my order was and it also charged me for the extra bacon. I look in my bag and see that there was only two pieces of bacon on the plate. The lady in drive thru passing the food out DID NOT have on a headset. If she had of had her head set on she would’ve heard me clearly say I wanted xtra bacon. She argues with me that bacon does Not come with the BIG breakfast only sausage.🙄 I’ve worked for McDonald’s in my twenties three different times and even I know that’s not true. I ask to speak with a manager and she says the same thing that I was charged for bacon but not extra bacon because bacon doesn’t come with the big breakfast. For one I partially blame the drive thru cashier because of how she wrote the ticket. On my ticket it says no sausage add bacon instead of sub bacon. And then you see the charge for bacon so I get why the cashier was confused but this wasn’t my first rodeo with this particular restaurant’s drive thru mistakes with my order. I was only a customer because it’s not that far from my house. I came home and no hash brown in the bag that also is supposed to come with the big breakfast. . Because of this I won’t return to this location and Corporate Really Needs to tighten up with the educational trainings before hiring anybody and they should have a better customer service quality. I went into this McDonald's for coffee. I was waiting for my son to get Lunch there. Whenever we shop here, we orden take out, but this time, we decided to eat here .It turns out that I had just arrived and this girl who said she was the STORE MANAGER,and said her name was (PERLA). She told me "You only heve 20 minute to be here" I asked her, do I have to eat quickly and leave? Yes, she said , that's why it's called fast food . How TERRIBLE! And this is the attitude and exampke that a MANAGER sets for a team as big McDonald's. This girl was ARROGANT, HANGHTY. This is not the way to treat your costumers, who just come to have a coffee,eat somenthing , write and enjoy some good Jazz. If you hate your costomers, then why do you open this store and hire people? Why?? Close the store then and go hom. This girl needs to be well trained in what her job is and clearly customer service and professional theatment of the client. With this type of staff running McDonald's instead of it being a restaurant to enjoy, it clearly seems like a franchine where you enter to risk your Peace and Freedom. I am Latina, I imagine that now with the new US administración, many Vulnerable Humans will be intimidated by people like PERLA. Sad for McDonald's and its administración. P.S.. Worst place ever 08/13/23 please run your cameras around 11ish till 12pm 6 of us in line or more Spanish manager playing around had us all waiting for 15-20min a black cashier rang a lady up for her drink and she waited on top purchasing food 15prior to that to say no ice latte badd service ever and corporate office will kbw had 6 people on food and playing around the manger ver y vveryyyy disrespectful and corporate will knw today 08/15/23 another Spanish female manager with a green type jacket laughing around with another worker and heard a lady say 2 drinks in one cup 3 times manager joking with a red orange head Spanish lady very rude bad service and nothing will b done need re run cameras manager dnt do anything and ya corporate office gonna know asapppppp Spends my hard money ya need lose ya jobs unless u care about customers all not the same but second experience another female manager the guy manager Spanish was great who made ice drink for lady but lady dot on head watch her.I will never recommend my friends etc again worst experience yesterday 20min...
