McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Beware of the cashier named Darrell or Darryl!!! My son and I would frequent the restaurant in the evenings and he would always be at the first window taking orders and payments. One evening, I gave him my debit card to pay for my order and later on that night I received a friend request from him on Facebook. Super creepy!! I went inside the restaurant and spoke with regional manager who happened to be there that day and explained to her what happened and showed her his face in my friend requests. She agreed that it was creepy and unacceptable. Another female manager called me and I explained to her the exact same situation and she too agreed that the situation was creepy and unacceptable. She said she spoke to him and he told her he just saw my picture pop up and that's when he sent the request. I told her it was mighty funny that all of this took place the same day he had my debit card in his possession. I told her that they lost a customer because after speaking to her I knew he wouldn't be fired or even given another task where he wouldn't deal with customers and their personal information. So I got back to the restaurant maybe a month and a half later and guess who's still at the same window? I gave him cash this particular transaction and I haven't been back since. I called corporate and reported it to corporate but they didn't care either. Now, I am by no means a drama queen or overexaggerating this situation. I never accepted the friend request but I went through his pictures and all of them were taken in jail! And McDonald's still felt like it was okay for him to be dealing with customer's personal information. NOT COOL!! Just another establishment where I refuse to spend money! Use cash if you...

Ordered through DoorDash on June 10th. Late night. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Order a large 6 piece nugget meal with fries and bottled water. Also ordered a small Iced Hazelnut Latte and sweet/sour sauce.

Took 40 minutes to get my food and it arrived COLD. The only thing they got correct was my nuggets. The fries were a size small (the only options on DoorDash to order from were medium and large, which was extra), there was NO latte and NO sauces. No one called to say that anything was out or broken or anything like that. When I checked my online receipt after I called DoorDash, it just said "If sold out, go with merchant's recommendation". If the recommendation is nothing, then say you can't fulfill it. Don't just leave the person thinking they're getting one thing and it not come. I only received a small portion of my refund back from DoorDash because I didn't want to waste another 40 minutes to get my food and it be incorrect or cold again.

Yes, it's late night, but you still have to get the order right or tell someone if something is out. There should be NO excuse why 3/4 of my order is missing/wrong and NO one bothers to say anything until after the food is delivered. I understand that it's late night and COVID-19 is still a very prevalent thing, but this is just unacceptable....

Update: If you use the app before ordering, it might not work. Save it for the end. Not that this is a bad thing, but they have hired a lot of non English speaking workers. They know broken english, and they have messed up my orders because of them not understanding what is being said.

This location is so slow to be fast food. The line is ALWAYS WRAPPEE ARPUND THE CORNER.

Like they always run out of something, and they make the cars wait. All I ordered was 2 happy meals, 1 with extra fries for my son. Since he has been getting extra fries, they ALWAYS give him a small fry. Not this 1 time, he was extra hungry and very impatient. They have him 2 little baby fries. When I asked the employee, he said that's what they are supposed to do, that someone was doing it wrong to give him a small fry. Now he will eat the 6 piece nuggets, and one time I asked for it, they said they dont do that anymore. I guess many people complained enough, and they put it back on the menu.

On another occasion, they had to cook more fries but didn't tell the drive thru line. They told NOBODY. Dont get me started on the ice cream machine not working. I think that's...
