There was no one in line, so I was able to order my food right away. Once I paid at the first window, I was instructed at the second window to park in slot number 2 because they were waiting for the fries to continue cooking. After waiting patiently in my spot and witnessing 3 other cars in slot 1 get their food and go, I politely asked the young man if he could please check on my food considering all I was waiting on was french fries. I could tell I had annoyed him because he curtly asked for my receipt, which I promptly handed to him. I even remember the order number. 1280. When he brought the bag out, the correct recipe number was taped to the bag. In my haste to get home and finally eat, I did not check the bags contents. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he gave us the complete wrong order! I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a sprite, and a 10pc Nugget meal with a sweet tea. It cost $18 even. What we got was two large big mac meals, a plain cheeseburger and a 20 piece Nugget. I can only imagine how angry the other customer must have been considering he spent more money on his meal than I did. Long story short, I will not be attending this Mcdonald's again not just because of the honest mistake, but for the time I wasted waiting for the wrong food (which we threw away.... I HATE wasting food but I don't eat red meat) and I didn't appreciate the snarky attitude the young man threw my way just because I asked him to please do his job. Read moreI visited the McDonalds here at this location with a friend to get a late night meal. We both ordered two different orders and the line wasn't long at all, it was only 2 cars in front of us. After waiting 5min at the drive thru menu we we're instructed to pull to the first window to place our order. When we got there we literally had to tell the employer what we wanted to eat several times because he couldnt comprehend what we we're asking for or either he was highly intoxicated. Our wait for the food was 15-20 min (I cloked it by going through text messages I was sending the whole time waiting for my order) while the employees cooked our food, which I didn't understand and then they didn't even give us the right meals. I was missing my french fries and drink and my friend had to argue with the manager about getting those things either replaced or re-made. They got upset at us like we we're asking for something wrong. I mean we did have to wait way beyond the estimated time so I found that very odd. The manager was really rude and there had to be only 4 employees working that night which I find unexceptionable. This location always has a problem if you're making an order on the late night and I've seen several bad reviews while writing one myself last night. Read moreThis is the saddest and absolute worst McDonalds I have EVER been to since the remodel. This place is sad and depressing. First of all the design is so incredibly ugly. The colors are white and black absolutely no color to this place at all and it looks like a 5 year old drew on the benches. When I walk in I feel like I'm entering into a place with no character or joy. Second of all, the place doesn't even have a menu up. They do this so you use the kiosks. So if someone has issues using the kiosks, there's never anyone up at the register anyway so you have to stand there and wait for a long time for someone to help you. HOW ON EARTH ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A FAST FOOD PLACE WITH NO MENU BOARD? Third of all, the customer service is probably the worst of all. I don't think I have ever seen one worker in there smiling. They always have an attitude and act like you're some kind of inconvenience. If you think we are that much of an inconvenience I'll take my money and business somewhere else. And the funniest part is, they try so hard to force you into using the kiosks, but they never even have receipt paper and are slow and lag so bad. That and they don't ever fill the drinks up all the way, the foods always inconsistent and cold, the fries are only half filled up. They took away the self-serve fountain drinks too and the napkins along with the ketchup, salt, and pepper. I will never eat here again and I tell everyone to avoid this place...
