To start the customer service was very good and personable. I visited the food truck version of the business. Wasn't sure if they were open because the window was closed, but once I approached I was greeted with a smile and great conversation. The female owner gave me great descriptions of everything I asked about and made recommendations based on my tastes*, not the cost 👌🏽. When I decided on items from both premium And basic menu, owner adjusted the prices. I would have paid the higher price, but her adjustment will take me back to spend more. That part. In the end I purchased 4 flavors: oreo vanilla and chocolate, sweet potato, and carrot. The fam enjoys both oreo versions, vanilla more so because it is chocolaty. I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet potato as it was topped with a medium sized dolup of frosting (I prefer this to being coated), and it was just sweet enough. Not overwhelmingly so and a good size as well. The carror cake same topping, and also not to sweet. I also likes the carrot cake one because I can see carrot. Lastly, while preparing my container she used a fresh set of gloves and dressed the oreo cupcakes with syrup to make them more asthetically pleasing (kids eyes popped out 👀). Absolutely plan to go to the location on the 301. My only recommendation is to show more in the truck window and have business cards on deck because we want to do business with you...

I was a little apprehensive about coming here at first because I know that cake can be hit or miss but I am SO GLAD I took the chance. I tried the strawberry crunch, the lemon, the boston creme, the caramel heaven, a banana pudding and the mini blueberry cheesecakes. They were AMAZING!! The cake was moist and nothing tasted like it sat in a display case for days (if you know you know). And that banana pudding??? IMMACULATE. It was so smooth and had a subtle banana flavor and the cookies were soggy either, so that’s how you KNOW it was fresh. I was very excited to try this place with it being blacked owned, and me LOVING sweets! However I was disappointed by the customer service I received. The young lady at the front was very stand-offish, and acted as if I was bothering her. She couldn’t remember my order, and just all together turned me off. To top it off, she was on the phone and acted as if I was interrupting the conversation taking place in her AirPod. Then, two people walked in the establishment without masks & headed straight the kitchen.
