I placed my order, received the email confirmation from Seamless along with the “tracking” information, and waited until 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. When I called the restaurant, the man who answered the phone said they don’t deliver to my area (but they did deliver to me on Sunday, and showed as being newly available under my delivery options on the app) and acted annoyed that I’d even call to ask.
So then I called Seamless customer service, and the rep stated that the restaurant never received my order and that she’d have to cancel it.
They’re 3 miles from my house so it’s not like I live an hour away or something. And it’s too bad because their food was pretty good when I tried them Sunday (except for their pizza - I wouldn’t recommend that). Between the restaurant and this site, the customer service was awful and I will not be using either again.
Oh, and the restaurant is still showing as available for delivery...

I assumed since they did not give me the item they would not charge me for it, however the following week when the charge posted to my account I see that they never removed the charge. I called the restaurant about the charge and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he couldn't do anything about it and refused to refund me for the charge. He told me to call GrubHub because they should replace the item, even though it was the restaurant that messed up. He refused to help at all and when I asked for his name so I could call back the following day and speak with a manager, he refused to tell me. Aside from this the food was only subpar. It's safe to say I will never order from here again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. There are way better delivery places in Pasadena...
Read moreOrdered a pizza, mozzarella sticks and wings. It took an hour to get here which I understand their busy. But when it arrived there were no wings. So I called to ask them just to credit my account back and they said oh well it will take several days for that to happen. Next time you order just let us know we owe you. Not professional at all. So I asked them to just send the wings then. I was informed there’s no guarantee of when they will get here. It’s been over an hour and still no order. So a totally of over two hours and still do not have my full order. I won’t be ordering...
