We read good things about this restaurant online and figured we would give it a try for my sisters birthday. I wish we NEVER did. This was the worst customer service, food and experience we have ever received.
First, we made a reservation at 7:30PM for our party. We were sat right away and the waitress came over and took our order. She returned 15 minutes later with our drinks.
Several of us ordered sushi and the waitress wrote it down and confirmed our order back to us. It took 35 minutes for only half of us to get our sushi and the other half did not. When confronted the waitress said the other half of us never ordered sushi and we wouldn’t be getting it because they were too busy to make more?
We sat there for over an HOUR AND A HALF without the chef coming to prepare our food or the waitress coming back over to us. We watched several parties that came in after us be served, eat and leave. After we threatened to leave the manager scrambled to gather someone from the back to come prepare our food. FINALLY, someone came out at 9 PM to serve us, reminding you we were sat at 7:30PM!!
Before the chef began cooking our food he confirmed what everyone was eating and got all of our orders correct. However, after he finished his performance one of the guys in our party ordered the steak and shrimp but only received a small portion of steak and NO shrimp. When we told him he forgot to give him the rest of his meal he took 3 of the leftover appetizer shrimp and put them on his plate. So he got half of his expensive meal but still had to pay the full price!
To add to the matter, we were charged additional for fried rice even though it should come with the hibachi meal. The rice and yum yum sauce tasted bland with no flavor, the steak we requested to be cooked medium rare but was cooked extremely well done instead.
They managed to turn our birthday celebration into an extremely frustrating night for the poor customer service we received. We were paying customers that did not even receive half the items we were paying for. Never going here again!!!

We went and thankfully I kept my receipt I went to look at my bank info for something and I seen that $15 was added to my bill. I called them and all said and done the manager was trying to tell me the waitress added it for a tip (after I already left her cash tip) and the manager trying to tell me she didn't mean it. Im pissed I told manager she needs to be fired that's credit card fraud, theft period blank you don't accidentally add money to credit card bill. Now im waiting for my money back. And I told her how many other people has this happened too she said none, I told her you can't say that you don't know I would never known it happened to me if I didn't check my acct
Also as to service it was horrible okay waitress took our order brought drinks and salad. Then like 10 mins later she brought out 1 of our orders from kitchen. Then it was like another 10 mins at least before chef came out to cook the rest of ours in front of us. Then like another 10 mins or so went by when she finally brought out sushi that was ordered. After that we didn't see our waitress we we're done eating for a good 20 mins just sitting there when our waitress finally came around we asked for check because we were been ready to go it took her like 15 mins just to bring our check. Read moreVery nice place to eat and order to go. Only reason not 5 star is because of lady up front. She regularly tries to refuse me more cups of yum yum sauce for no reason. I only ever ask for 2 extra each time and she always rude and hesitant about giving me more. Where as if the head sushi guy takes care of me. He has no problem giving me more. I usually tip well too! But she is just stingy/mean and acts like I'm cutting into the businesses profits or something. I regularly go here and am always nice saying please and thank you. The hibachi at this place anytime is plentyful and of the chain good. They definitely give you enough food for the price but the woman up front dislikes people that call in to go orders seems like. Not even saying have a nice day. Telling me to not ask for more yum yum sauce next time? Also trying to tell me two is enough for my order like she knows how much I love to drown there yummy food in the great sauce they make! She definitely needs anger management or self counseling on her communication issues with customers. I will always be a customer here if they are open, but she really is the only downfall of the whole place. The atmosphere sucks too, definitely need a update remodel. Looks like it's 1999 inside. I hope I get the head sushi chef to ring up my order next time and if she's rude again to me I will be complaining...
