On The Rocks — Restaurant in Maryland

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local bar where I had the chance to meet Tiffany, the bartender. I have to say, she is truly exceptional at her job. From the moment I sat down at the bar, she was warm, friendly, and engaging, making me feel welcome and comfortable in the otherwise unfamiliar setting.

Throughout the evening, Tiffany continued to impress me with her professionalism, knowledge of the drinks she was serving, and her ability to multitask while managing a crowded bar. She was always attentive, frequently checking in to make sure that I had everything I needed while still keeping up with the demands of the other patrons.

What really set Tiffany apart, however, was her willingness to go above and beyond just serving drinks. She offered insightful suggestions for drink pairings and even shared some fun facts about the origin of some of the drinks on the menu. It was clear that she was passionate about her work and was genuinely committed to providing an exceptional experience for each and every person at the bar.

Overall, I can confidently say that Tiffany made my evening at the bar one to remember. She is an outstanding bartender who truly knows how to make her customers feel valued and appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great night out and cannot wait to visit...

I love A-1, its a Millersville staple, so when I heard they opened a bar I was excited. A place to eat great food and get a drink. That's not the vibe I got walking in. I felt like there was an identity crisis. PRO: I love the mural and branding. The drinks were vibrant colors, which was fun. The food, being from A-1 was good. The wall art was fun to look at. CONS: The music was soooo loud it was hard to talk, I got more of a night club vibe than a "lets go get dinner and drinks" vibe. Our broccoli tots came out cold in the center which leads me they are food service frozen food. The drinks, while vibrant and fun, drank more like a premix poured over ice than a fresh made drink. The name On the Rock leads me to think of a more Speakeasy vibe and more "on the rocks" handmade cocktails vs a premix. OVERALL: it was something different to try and a bit pricey for what it was. I will stick with A-1 for my food and go else where...

This is definitely my go to spot for the most part in Glen Burnie/Millersville area. The bartenders are all amazing Not only do they make Great drinks they all have amazing character and they’re all polite and professional and fun. They also sell food which is also amazing. It’s connected to the pizza spot next-door so the pizza is amazing. The honey old Bay wings are amazing. The crab dip is great.As well. There’s always a nice mixed crowd, age wise and There’s never any drama, which is a plus. I’ve been a few times when they had a DJ, they predominantly play like Afro Caribbean music and old-school hip-hop/R&B, which is a plus And I have been on Tuesday nights I think they do trivia then not really my thing but it gets pretty crowded so if you’re into that seems to be a good turn out. Basically if you go here you’ll have a great time, good drinks, and some good food in my humble opinion can’t go...
