This concerns the UPS STORE. I have no problem with UPS themselves but I believe this is a franchise location. It is very poorly run and managed. The employees are NEVER trained and the manager would be better suited working as a bouncer. The mgr has no experience in managing and no respect for the public. The mgr (she) has an attitude and said to me she would not apologize for the employee. It wasn't the employee's fault; it was the fault of the mgr and the owner. If you look at all the complaints this store receives it's because of poor training and the attitude of the mgr and owner. When it shows a rating in the "3's: what does that show you? The owner just doesn't get the message about training and that a good mgr is a valuable asset. She looked directly at me and rolled her eyes, no sheep did not acknowledge that I was standing there or say that someone will be with you. Then after I received help I went to check out the same mean, uncooperative, rude, nasty lady was acting like she was cleaning up was still up front watching me like I was stealing something. They had 3 associates and a manger trying to figure out there mistake! The worst shoppers i have ever been too as there strict on there wic items and have to get different items then any other store!
