Unfortunately I would advise people to stay away from this salon. 1) the regular polish manicures don’t last even a day 2) they aren’t willing to fix their mistakes. This picture is taken 3 days after I received their manicure. I had decided to switch from gel polish and go with an old school manicure which I knew wouldn’t have the same life of a gel but did expect to last for about a week. The first day the polish started to peel off. I went back 3 days later and asked to have them repolished showing them what had happened. This time I decided to go back to the gel. From a customer service stand point, I did not expect a charge as the first manicure didn’t stand up at all. I did however think it would be reasonable to pay the difference from regular polish to gel. I was upset they charged me for the full cost of the gel polish change out. When I explained how I didn’t think that was fair given what happened, we had a long talk where they clearly explained why I would not be given a refund or discount. I was told that their manicures are expected to come off as soon as you “wash your hands.” 🤯 she said that they tell you that before the start of the manicure. This concept of them washing off is nonsense plus I explained no one had told me that. I ended up paying for a full service in addition to the original one. When it was all said and done I paid more than I would have for a gel polish manicure and I had to find time as a busy mom to come in for another service. Poor poor poor customer service. These shops are a dime a dozen and I will be happy to...

Iv been going here for the past 4 years and never had a problem. Just recently when they upgraded and had a new guy come in is when it’s went down hill. They updated the salon to this island table where your sitting arm to arm with other customers. There is no space and no where to put your belongings. The chairs are also terrible. Trying to scoot out with two people sitting next to you does not work out. The prices are ridiculously high. I’m assuming to accommodate the new look. Pedicures forget it unless you want to spend over 70 bucks, They also never charged me for length until now. But didn’t tell me until after she was done shaping my nails and about to paint them. Last thing, if they tell you to wait, tack on an extra 20 minutes because you’ll be waiting longer than that. I went in today and asked for a basic pedicure everything was fine until I noticed my big toe was hurting,when I looked down I noticed I was bleeding in the corner of my pedicure. I decided I would go back and ask for a refund.Well trying to explain to the Manager lady she was rude and very offensive and initially didn’t even offer a apology. She then said she can’t refund but I could sit and wait for her to finish her other customer so she could remove the polish and refund me…. Well listen lady !!! I’ve spent a hour in this place this morning being butcher by one of your nail technicians and now you want me sit and wait to remove the polish which I will need to do myself to fix my wound when I get home !!!!! No JUST REFUND MY MONEY !!!!!
