I will never be ordering from this company again. I placed my order online at 8:10pm, I spent a total of $50.65 and the website said that my food would be delivered within 45 mins.I called the store at 9:15 pm inquiring the ETA of my order. The female was very rude! She told me my food was on the way and that delivery takes a hour. She never even asked me my name to confirm my order. My food finally arrived at 9:45pm, my French fries were very soggy and cold as if they were sitting for a while.I also ordered two 16 pc wings and I wasn’t given any sauce. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Kai Jeader. She was very rude! She cut me off several times and was completely unapologetic. She repeatedly told me that orders take up to an hour and that the online ordering was done threw a third party company that has nothing to do with their store. She also made sure to tell me that they were closing soon as if she was bothered that I called. When I explained to her that it took over an hour and 30 minutes she asked me exactly what time did my order arrive? I told her it had just arrived a few moments ago. She sarcastically stated that her driver was in the building as if I was making it up. I literally live walking distance to the store! She then went on to so nonchalantly say “Well I can put you down for a free order of fries on your next visit” I politely stated I had two orders of fries. She then sucked her teeth and said “let me pull it up” referring to my receipt again being more confrontational rather than helpful. At this point I have had enough and I asked for a corporate number. She gave me the company website and said they don’t have a corporate number. Read moreI went in to order a veggie wrap for my dinner. As I was waiting the gentleman who took my order turned out to be the manager. He was having a conversation with three other employees. One of the employees is a young man that was in the back of the store fixing pizzas. With no gloves on, he leaves his station and comes to the front of the store and pulls his cell phone out of his pocket and gets on it. The manager goes to the oven and pulls a pizza out of the oven, they both go back to the young man's workstation and the young man grabs a handful of cheese and puts it on that pizza😵💫. That manager puts that pizza back into the oven to finish cooking. That young man then sticks his hand into a container and pulls out a handful of meat and proceeds to chop it up to fix another order🫨. At this time I'm disgusted ❗So I asked to speak to the manager and expressed my feelings. And at the same time I'm at the counter watching how my meal is being prepared. The cook has on gloves that look like they've been fixing food all day. She turns around and takes a rag and wipes off The cutting board. That rag looks like it's been wiping stuff all day. She then turns around and pat's my vegetables and my tortilla with the same dirty gloves that she just held that rag with.🤢. At this point I'm done I told the manager to give me back my money. And that he needs to shut down and retrain everyone including himself ❗. And I told the young lady everything you just did was wrong and nasty ❗ That manager gave me the most driest cavalier apologies. Just to think about all of the families that I witnessed. They left out of that establishment with food that was prepared the way it was. That could be detrimental to their families health and lives👎🏽👎🏽. Read moreI'm not going to lie, there pizza is good when it's hot. My problem was with a rude employee and incompetent manager. A young lady took my order was very nasty because I asked a few questions about there food. She takes my credit card info & rushes off the phone without even taking down my address. I call right back and speak to the manager Kay-Kay who apologizes and takes the order her self. When I give the manager my address she says that they don't deliver to DC but she will this time considering the rude service & because I had paid for my pizza. It took them 1hr & 55min to deliver this pizza. I kept calling every 30 minutes and was told it should be there in 10minutes or the Dr over is dropping off other pizza's. By the time it came the pizza was cold. I spoke with manager KayKay again who told me that there was an accident near the pizza shop and that's what delayed the order which still doesn't explain a pizza taking 2hrs to be delivered. I'm certain the driver that spoke little English, just got lost. Kay-Kay apologizes again and says she will send me another pizza out the next day at 7pm free of charge. She said I'll have my friend deliver it to you personally. called her at 7:15pm after not hearing from her and she says oh, I didn't forget you, your pizza is in the oven.
