I ordered a medium pizza and wings from here and waited for my tracker to say “delivered” for 47mins. No worries. I finally received a notification saying “How was your delivery with Maaoui?” Funny because I had no delivery. Still…no biggie. I simply called the store asking what happened and that’s when everything went south. The lady I spoke with wasn’t rude at all but seemed confused. After being put on hold 3 times She finally said the driver came and knocked but nobody answered so they returned the order to the store. Not sure how that happened because there were multiple people in the house with a ring doorbell and camera. The number they said that they called was incorrect. I gave her my correct number and politely asked her to remake the order and call upon arrival. She then placed me on hold again. After 2 mins an aggressive man picked up the phone saying “How can I help you”? I told him that I was placed on hold by the young lady and he proceeded to explain back to me the issue. I told him I’m fine as long as you all replace the order. He argued me down about the time it took for the tracker to tell me my order was delivered. This man was very sassy in letting me know that they have been to the address already and they usually don’t remake things and redeliver and how inconvenient this was and that they will charge me extra. I said ok and asked him for his name and his title . He aggressively said HARRISON and he’s the store manager smh. I asked for a last initial (that’s normally how we identify ourselves in the professional world) and he said “NO, so you can complain about me?” and laughed. I explained to him that I just wanted to know who I spoke with. He confirmed that they’ll be charging me and he hung up. Long story short …I ordered my food at 8:20 and didn’t receive until 10:35. So yea customer service is 0/10. And as a former ops manager, do better papa John’s. If you have people like Harrison leading the department then...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 star rating, I would. First off I would like to WARN any customers that think delivery means they deliver to your door. NEVER have they delivered to my door saying it is Papa Johns policy that they do not. Doesn't matter that it is daytime, or that I have a guarded gated community, they REFUSE to come to the door. Now I wish I had this warning before, because before I moved to this area, I would order food when I can't get out of the apartment, I.e. Cold and have my toddlers to myself, and don't feel like cooking. Can't do that anymore. I was able to get a roommate to run for the food, and the driver gave him the wrong order. So I call and warn/ complain that not only did I not get my food, and not to my door, but so and so was going to need to get his food remade. It took them 3 HOURS to get me my food correctly, and AGAIN refused to come to the door- by the way, I live .3 miles from papa johns. The second worse experience- I ordered online, to be delivered at a certain time. Twenty minutes after so said time, I call wait 5 minutes before some one answers, and all they can say is it is coming- that it left papa johns at 40 minutes prior and was ready 45 minutes before that- but I needed to wait, and they were not going to do anything about it. 1 hour after delivery time my food finally arrives. At which time I was now late for work, shoved the food in my mouth, and drove right past PAPA Johns less then 2 minutes...
Read moreI wish I can give “zero stars” This is store staff were very rude towards people with disabilities. My parent made an incorrect order with her food order and they did help make this right. I call the staff were unprofessional as I spoke pleasant to explained what happened regarding the order that was placed. The incompetent employee was not willing to hear me out as I ask to speak to the manager. The manager was not any better as I asked for her name she gave me an incorrect name and I also explained as she screamed saying well that’s what you ordered. I ask nicely how can we make the order right she continued saying well that’s what you ordered again my parent has a “disability “ and I informed the manager I wanted to speak with the owner or the franchise owner asking for their contact information the manager says I’m not giving you his information. So the manager offers the pizza for 50% off and guarantee the delivery within 15 minutes which the driver never showed in the timeframe promised. And hour passed closed to the store closing nothing delivered.This is terrible I had to drive over 25mins away to hand off the correct pizza to my disabled parent who has now went to bed at this time and no feedback from anyone at the store who completely ignores my call when I call. Horrible business practice, I will encourage nobody to purchase anything from here not bad food...
