Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 4:54pm. I realized time was steadily passing by , and my food was still not delivered. I called at 6:30, and was placed on hold. I remained on hold waiting to speak to a manger, and no one came to the phone. I hung up, called back, and pressed option two to track my order, and the message said “complete”. I paid $25.38 for one medium pizza , and a 20oz pepsi. I am 5 months pregnant. I look outside and my pizza is sitting on the ground, the seal is broken on the pizza, and when I pick up the box the pizza box is cold which means it’s been sitting outside for a long time, and I see an ant crawling on the box. No pepsi in sight. I’m disgusted, I feel disrespected, and I want a full refund. No one ever called to say my delivery was outside , nor did anyone knock on my door. This papa johns is not good on customer service my order came to $30.95 cents I presented a $50 dollars bill they said they cannot take anything over 20 dollars this is such a in convenience and very poor customer service so I was not going to go find change I'm on my lunch break from work papa johns in lithicum you guys are terrible and that's a silly policy I wonder if my race has anything to do with this I will never return to this store because that's policy is inappropriate for such a large franchise do not go here...it's terrible and crazy policy I didn't see any posts that said we don't accept anything over$20 dollars it's word of mouth and very poor customer service I talk to a girl says she was manager Kristen are curstain she was no help neither do better papa johns racism played out a long time ago... very disappointing in this...

Very disappointed. This was the best Papa Johns around the area. For some reason they started using Door Dash for deliveries without saying anything. I don't trust the random junkies Door Dash hires to deliver my food.Yea, there are some perfectly fine people working for DD, but there's far more junkies in the greater Baltimore area than normal people. Sad to say yesterday was my last order from Papa Johns. The "safety" stickers that are used don't stick properly so it's impossible for PJ to say your pizza hasn't been tampered with. Incredibly underhanded to not tell a customer where there delivery fee money is going. I never want to support DD, and PJ decided to use my money for that without even telling me they were handing my food off to someone with track marks down their arm. 0 out...
