Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The lady I just spoke to was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. My wife and I placed an order over the phone for 6 pizzas to take to my daughter's school for her birthday. They took my order, told me it would be ready in 25 minutes, and when I arrived, the door was locked, the lady was sitting in her chair at the front, wouldn't open the door and when I called she told me they were closed. I made the order at 1030, when Google and the sign on the front of the restaurant says they are open. She wouldn't explain anything to me, didn't even offer an apology and hung up on me. When I called back, they switch the prompt on the phone to saying the store was closed. Now, I'm going to be late after I promised my daughter a pizza party at her school. If the store doesn't open until noon, the store should say that instead of lying to you. Luckily for me, Pizza Bolis is right across the street. Save yourself, go there instead. They will treat you...

Change your online app. I clicked on the family pizza deal which should have been a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. It kicked me into a "Design your own pizza" screen instead of giving me what was advertised. I clicked on the square pan crust (the only choice), the regular pepperoni and the regular cheese. It then kicked me into selecting bread sticks and cinnamon sticks each in their own page. When I was done, it wanted to charge me an additional 5.99 for nothing! I went back to the beginning and skipped all the design pages - resulting in the correct price of 12.99. Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived it was a plain cheese pizza. I was ripped off!!!!!! I like the local store and hate the web page. I will NEVER order another pizza from pizza hut through their web page. It is a scam that attempts to trick you into ordering more than you want. Shame...

Not sure why this is called Pizza Hut.

Delivery was fast, customer service nice, but just like every review here, there is something off with the pizza. Don't get me wrong, it actually tastes good! But it doesn't taste Pizza Hut good. The personal pan pizza was very thin, cheese wasn't stringy, looks overcooked, the toppings look like they were just thrown on as an afterthought...

And yet I give 4 stars. Because it tastes good. I'm confused, because it doesn't look like the pizza would taste good, and yet it does! It just comes to show that looks isn't everything. For instance, the Pizza Hut in Westminster LOOKS like it would taste good, but I've never had worse pizza in my life.

To sum up: is the food good? Yes. Is it Pizza Hut good? No. Would I still recommend it? Yes. Have I had worse pizza before? Yes.
