Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Maryland

Well I am a loyal customer I have been ordering from them for years but I don't know if this place it's under a new management but at times they can be rude and disrespectful of when placing your order. I tried to order from there tonight and I always have someone repeat my order back to me so I can make sure my order is correct but it seems like they always feel some type of way every time I ask them to repeat my order if I am paying my money I should be able to get what I paid for. And also, it's a reason why I always ask them to repeat my order because I ordered from them like 2 weeks ago 2 Cheese steaks one with everything with shrimps with extra hots with extra provolone cheese and one without shrimps and hots. When my food came it was hots on both of my cheese steaks and my 8 year old daughter doesn't like spicy food so she didn't eat it. And when I tried to explain of what happen to my ordered last time that I ordered 2 weeks ago that my ordered was mess up with the guy over the phone. I mean it's the way of how he said it to me he going say how your order was mess up in a rude way and he got quiet of not saying anything over the phone. So I hang up the phone. I just don't got time for nobody rudeness and disrespect everytime that I ordered from this place I have been a loyal customer with them for years from ordering from this place. If I am spending my money I should get what I paid for if they going feel any type of way of me asking them can they repeat my order to me that's to damn bad because I want to make sure my ordered is correct. Don't get me wrong there food is really good but there customer service just needs better improvement to their customers. 😡

Okay once again I place my order on December 5th 2024 and everytime I ordered from this place this man find a way to be damn rude towards me. For example, I ordered me 2 cheese steaks fries and a drink. So I ask him can he repeat my order back to me. He told me I need to give him my expiration date of my card before he can repeat back my order. Which I gave him my expiration date after I gave him my expiration date he going hang up the phone in my ear. So I call right back and then he repeat my order back to me. I shouldn't have to call back of asking to repeat my order. We are paying Customers and therefore we should get the service that we need regarding customer service and our food. But everytime I ordered from this place this man is so damn rude and nasty. I love when the girl answer the phone I don't have any problems from her at all it's always this damn man always being smart, nasty,rude, and shows poorly customer service. Hopefully this place with time gets better with their customer service. Because the way they keep going they're going to lose out of their customers. This man needs to learn how to treat his customers because this doesn't make no sense of treating their customers like that. And also I am loyal customer been ordering from this place for years. But soon that's about to change because I shouldn't keep getting treated unfairly towards this man of keep treating me all rude and nasty. If this keeps continuing I would take my service somewhere else that have better customer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡 And when my food arrived the man just toss my food towards me and didn't say anything he also was rude. I wouldn't be suprise if that's the same man always rude towards me when I place my order over the phone. Also when my food arrived it was not hot at all. My fries was cold and my cheesesteaks was warm and also it wasn't not hot. They didn't put the extra cheese on my cheesesteak when I ask them to. this place honestly is ridiculous with ignorant people working there I know they probably don't read there reviews an I say that because it's worse and worse everytime I'm never ordering from them again the only reason why I have is because there the only place open. I ordered a salad with no cucumbers an the ignorant woman that works there repeated it back to me an I'm allergic to cucumbers and of course what is on my salad......cucombers this place is a disgrace an should be ashamed of them selves an I ordered a sub for my wife an there was a hard as a rock bone in the sub that could break a tooth and got a 2liter of soda that was almost a month expired and even ordered an order of mozzarella sticks and one had a bite missing from it really come on an the managers are so disrespectful they lost me as a customer it is so awful there. I wish I didn't have to give them any star at all but unfortunately I had to so I have them the lowest. an on top of that when i ordered from this joke of a wanna be restaurant I asked for them to have the driver bring change my order came to 21 dollars but I had a 50 this rude ignorant women said we can't break that yet so to make it easier I was like we'll if I make my total 30 dollars could u bring me at least a 20 in change she was like that we can do no problem we'll the driver gets to my door an says I don't have change but give me your 50 an I'll run to the gas station an break it so I call the lady who took my order an she was like he'll bring it back it's not like he'll steel it I was like come on I dnt even know this person so after an hour an 8 min she says u can cancel the order if u want i said duh of course I'm cancelling 10 min later she called my phone an was like the driver has the change now I'm like first off I already orederd from some place else second that food is probably ice cold I dnt want it she goes well when the manager gets in I'm gonna tell him an I dnt think we can deliver to u anymore I laughed an was like you'll never hear from me again if y'all didn't keep screwing up my order an actually did ur job none of this would of happened an she kept saying he should of had at least 20 in change first off I'm not sure who this women was but 1st off the whole place is unprofessional an should be closed down but to put it in simple words either they were tryin to steel my money or they were just out right STUPID again this place is a...

This is our second time ordering from Pizza Palace and I’m thrilled to give them a raving, 5-star review. We’re new to the area and have tried virtually every local pizza joint in town. We often find that the food is overpriced, the pizza is thin, rubbery and lacking flavor and the wings are dry. When I saw how responsive the manager was to each of the complaints in these reviews, I was enticed to give them a try. They seemed motivated to work towards customer satisfaction which is always a great thing! For starters, you truly can get a LARGE pizza and a sizable amount of wings for about $25! After regularly paying $40+ for the same amount of food, Pizza Palace’s prices left us pleasantly surprised. The pizza is ready SO QUICKLY. When they say 15 minutes, they mean 15 minutes! And both the pizza and wings are PIPING hot when you order to go. No more lukewarm food that barely makes it home in time for dinner. We have a 10 minute drive to our house and find that the food still needs to cool when we arrive! The pizza has a great flavor and ACTUALLY HAS SAUCE which seems to be a rarity these days! A delicious garlic sauce is given as a side and it makes the pizza that much better. When I say both the boneless and bone in wings are HUGE, I mean it! We couldn’t believe how much we got for the price. The wings are saucy with PLENTY of sauce left at the bottom to dip with AND somehow the wings stay super crispy, despite the sauciness!
