Being a new Pizza Hut customer, I ordered a large size pizza over the mobile app. Exactly 15 minutes later, I arrived at the restaurant for carryout. When I walked through the door and looked around, the restaurant was clean and quiet.
At the customer waiting area, I felt as if I was being ignored by the Pizza Hut team members; no one greeted me. And I waited for about 10 minutes to be noticed by one of the team members behind the counter. Even though the central A/C was on, the air did not feel cool (in my opinion). By the time I paid cash for my pizza and left the restaurant, my first-time experience here was not very positive. But to my surprise, the pizza was still hot inside the box.

Read moreRarely do I hand out 5 stars but this place deserves it - I stopped in after a really crap day at work - just wanted a little personal pan pizza for the ride home … The guy working the register could tell I was upset - I didn’t think I was that bad but he picked up on it, I placed my order and when I was done he said “let me try and make your day a little better” and threw in a decent discount and just took a few mins to talk to me… The food is ALWAYS great from this location, cooked perfectly every time - I was told 10-15 min wait (I was a walk in) I expected that and it couldn’t have been anymore than 5-8 mins … I walked out to my car for a few mins and walked back in and that fast my food was ready …

Read moreMy kids love this pizza hut, the food is very good and the service from the manager is awesome, some of the time there are people from other stores (temps) who don't know how to deal with customer service, like the time the girl ( christina) hung up on me 4 times so I had to go there but I have to say the manager tries his best to keep this pizza hut awesome and does his best to make it up to you if something does go wrong. This particular time he actually called me once I got home and he apologized for the girl and gave me $20 off my next order. Who does that, he could have let it go because I did, but he went out his way to call me.
