I placed an online order at 10:00 a.m. I was the first order of the day I had it scheduled for a pickup at 11:15. When I arrived to the location at 11:25 my order was not done 10 minutes later. I was asked if I needed any help and at 11:35 he printed out my order and proceeded to make the orders of the people that it came into the restaurant after myself and it placed orders while in line I was told my order wasn't received until 11:35 because that's when they printed the ticket out. There is no sense in placing an order online with a pickup time. If you have to wait 40 minutes to get your food, the manager is super rude. Told me to wait while he was making it. Also, a one of the items I ordered was not in the bag. I was offered a $15 credit by the corporate office just to basically say oh shut up and go away. I doubt I will ever eat at Popeyes again. I cannot wait for Bojangles to comes to Frederick. I will drive the 45 minutes there to get my chicken The manager or what? They called himself a manager getting you offer an apology as to say hey. Sorry but we this is how we do it and calling the corporate office. You get a automated system and you have to communicate with them via text message when you asked the personnel that works at the store, what the franchise owner's name or number or contact information is they do not and will not give it to you. I've went to this location several times over the last 3 months and every time the air conditioning unit has been leaking into the store and all they do is put a caution wet floor sign out, no bucket to catch the water and not a mop in site. Read moreThis location is unprofessional and I will never patronize them again. I placed a mobile drive thru pickup order and was not provided all of the items included in that order. One missing item not included was a chicken sandwich, when the team member went to grab my item, the sandwich fell out of the bag and on to the floor. The team member and his coworkers began to laugh. I asked the female team member who was the manager and she indicated the manager was the individual who dropped my item. I asked him why would he laugh when my order was incorrect and that was an item I was waiting on. He replied “because I found it funny”. I then asked if he thought it was appropriate to laugh while I’m sitting there waiting on my incorrect order to be corrected. He replied “No, but I laughed anyway”. I asked for a refund and was told I’d need to contact customer service. Even after giving me my item, the “manager”, Jose, was too busy being smug to realize he still hadn’t given me all the items included in my order. This place and staff are unprofessional. Laughing wasn’t my issue as much as his rude, pretentious attitude once confronted about it. A true manager would’ve been apologetic for the behavior and accommodating to make the situation pleasant. Read moreStopped at Elkridge Popeyes on my way home to Baltimore. Asked the person taking the order if there were any specials this evening. I was told no there were no specials so I ordered the 8-piece family dinner which included for biscuits and one large side. Driving away I look in the window and I see a sign that says manager special Community appreciation 13 pieces for 12.99. I went back to the window and said to the person at the window that there was in fact a special and would they make up the difference in my order and give me my change refund. The manager apologized and said that the system does not allow refunds to be given however I could keep my order and they would also give me the 13 Piece Special. Mind you I had already spent $20 for eight pieces of chicken, biscuits and a side. So I politely waited for them to exercise the customer service in giving me the additional chicken pieces and then I was on my way; only to find that I only had 13 pieces of chicken. Yes the biscuits and the side were in the bag. However that was not the stated agreement. I fully expected to have what I spent $20 for plus additional chicken which I was told was in the bag.
