Don’t be fooled by the one star I gave, there was no way to select 0 stars. Placed a mobile order after the kids begged to have Taco Bell for dinner. Went to the store thinking it would be ready… that was a big NOPE. Placed the order at 7:14pm and did not get my order until 7:41pm. Honestly, I got extremely annoyed by the customer service. Seemed like they favored the drive through customers more than the people waiting for their food inside. I got so annoyed to the point that I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. According to “Nani” and the so called manager “Reina”.. they do not know how to cancel the order through their end. Reina also kept saying “you have to cancel it through the mobile app” to which I asked where in the app can I do it. Reina shrugged and rudely said “I don’t know”. I understand they might have been slammed with orders but to not know protocols for cancelling orders or even just apologizing for the wait is insane. Instead Nani and Reina made the whole situation ten times worst. Attitude on attitude 🫢 YIKESS Nani 🫠 (Picture below shows how long we waited)

I live close so I thought this would be a quick grab and go in the busy Saturday we had going on. Nope. Waited in line for ever. Then had to wait for them to bring the food to my car. Suprise! Missing a taco had to go back through the drive through. As the lobby rightfully is closed. Also no hot sauce, no straw and if you see the pic the lack of ingredients was the same or worse than this one. I have seen more ingredients in an empty box. 10/10 not going back to this one. I will drive a bit further in the future to the other one down the road. Spent $20+ on this garbage.

I didn't enjoy my experience at all. Like a lot of fast food establishments, they have become automated. No longer the greeting from a human, sometimes with a smile. Those days are gone clearing the way for a screen to place your order. Making for a darker cold experience. The food was cold, bland, and the soft drink watered down. The only interaction occurs as they place your order on the counter, calling your name before sliding it to you. Again, not even a smile, just another mechanized exchange.

I had such a disappointing customer service experience that I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I pulled into the drive-thru as the second car and waited at the second intercom. I watched as two cars ahead were helped at the first intercom, then a staff member asked for an order a third time at the first intercom despite no car being there. It looked like a communication issue, which I was willing to overlook.

So I pulled up to the window as the third car, I explained that no one ever came over the speaker at my intercom and that it seemed like only the first one was working. I asked if I could just place my order there at the window. Without any courtesy, I was told they don’t take orders at the window. So, my only option was to go all the way around again, even as a line of cars was forming behind me.

I’ve worked in fast food before. I know for a fact that people adjust or place orders at the window all the time, especially when the system fails. There was no apology. No effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. No appreciation that I remained calm and respectful. Just a cold response and a clear message: our mistake, your problem.

I won’t support a business that can’t take responsibility or value its customers’ time. Could I have asked for a manager? Sure. But if I have to fight to be served, I have no interest in eating there. This occurred late...

Since the remodel, every time I've gotten food at this location it's been perfect. Completely accurate on all my orders, food is well prepared, service is prompt & friendly through the drive thru. No complaints there.

The issue is actually getting food from this Taco Bell. Posted hours mean absolutely nothing--my best guess is that they close at midnight every night, or at least on the weekends. And even if you are fortunate enough to find the store open, if it's busy just forget about it--you might end up sitting at the menu screen for 5 minutes without so much as a greeting, finally get to place your order, pull around to the second window as instructed, and...get told to go back around & try again because they didn't get your order. I blame that last bit much more on a lack of training & oversight than on the poor girl who was trying to slog her way through a rush in a position she clearly wasn't prepared for, but the end result is the same.

If you've got a hankering for some cheap Mexican-ish food in the middle of the afternoon & the restaurant isn't too busy, this is a great location. But if you're looking for some tacos in the late night, you're probably better off assuming they closed early & just driving directly to...
