Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

This was my worst experience ever! I placed an order and had to return after driving a couple of miles because my soda was flat and tasted like seltzer water. My soda was replaced unapologetically with a lemonade, and I asked as a courtesy, for the inconvenience, could you include an apple pie. The manager went off as if I'm a panhandler in the neighborhood and said we don't give anything free around here. So, I said no problem. This will be the last time at this establishment, and I drove off. However, I returned to get a refund because of the poor service and lack of accountability. The manager was very disrespectful and initially declined to give me the refund but did... In doing so, she THREW the receipt at me which escalated an argument that intentionally prompted her to call the police as if she was the victim. Incredible, unbelievable, disrespectful, and the person should never work in the customer service environment. I asked for her name, the owners name or the head managers name and she would not give either. The amazing thing is that the officers asked that I leave private property despite the incident being prompted by her actions. This occurred on 4/21 at approx. 8:30 pm and hopefully a video is available. I've elevated this to corporate as I expect to be respected as a paying customer. This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with Popeye's! I've never been to this location before, but I can guarantee I won't be back! For starters, the girl told me I couldn't place two orders at a time (I've never heard of this before), then told me if I wanted to place another order. I would have to drive back around and get back into line again! While placing my order, they had nothing I asked for. After finally being able to place my order. I get to the wonder to see a female in the back workout get mask on properly! After getting my food. I got BACK in line to place my second order. Just to be told the items (corn on the cob and 3 apple pies) I asked for, they didn't have. I asked "well, what do y'all available"? She replied "We only have chicken, tenders and biscuits right now". I then asked "what time do y'all close"? I was told at 10pm (mind you online states 11pm). Why is it a WHOLE TWO HOURS (3 if closing is actually 11pm) before closing and there is no good available other than chicken and biscuits?! If that wasn't bad enough. I get all the way home to see that my order was WRONG. My chicken was not all white meat like I asked, soggy and greasy. Then to top that off 2 pieces was missing from my 10pc meal. Mac and cheese was so running it looked like soup. The only thing decent from the whole meal was the freaking biscuits! This was the worst...

Worse experience at a Popeyes. First and last time visiting this store. The employee taking my order was very disrespectful towards me and my husband. Think he considers himself a joker! First order I asked for a 3 piece combo and he asked if I wanted a 10 piece. When repeated I wanted a 3 piece, he again blantly asks this time if I wanted a 5 piece. He kept asking questions as if he was not understanding me, but you could sense he was clowning. I wanted 3 apple pies but he said there were only 2, so I told him, forget the pies. They'll be no pies for anyone. When he told me the total for the 3 piece combo and a 2 piece one with 2 extra sides, he tells me it was $32.11! At that moment I was so upset and felt so ridiculed with this joker, that I turned to my husband and asked him for the money and handed him 2 $20's, while beginning to do the math in my head. When I was about to shout out, seems he sensed it and immediately said he was joking and returned a $20 bill and charged the order with the other $20. After joking with coworkers for about 10 minutes, he finally decided to serve my order, which he was packing to go, when I had told him it was to eat in store. He then got a tray, pr everything there and just said, client is always right. I must say, though the fries were fried at that very moment, they were all soaked...
