Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

This incident occured a week prior to me writing this. The manager along with the staff is incompetent. I should not had to wait for 30mins for my order when it was ready with in 2mins of me making my drinks. No order number was called, no parts of the order was called or anything. 20 minutes my food laid on the counter getting cold and no one said anything. When I finally got exhausted of waiting and confronted them with the issue I received attitude from the girl who took my order, silent inaction from the boy who supposedly was the one assigned to hand people their orders, and laughter from the girl who appeared to be a supervisor. Also keep in mind that I ordered $70+ worth of food and I was one of maybe three other people in the restaurant.. You'd figured they would prioritize my transaction with more seriousness. They were more concerned with the uber eats drivers than the customers right in front of them. They then offered to remake my food but by that time business had picked up a bit and they were out of most of the food in my order. I just gave up and demanded my money back and left. 30 minutes the whole thing took. Completely wasted my time. I work in the service industry and this staff is an embarrassment to it. Worst Popeyes ever. I highly do not recommend...

So lately I been ordering 2 piece dark meat spicy with red beans in rice extra beans and Mac in cheese in I will say this year the food taste weird. First yesterday was the first day back at this location since a week ago due to diarrhea issues after eating their food so I gave it a break make sure I’m not tripping. Let’s say this my chicken was pink in the inside not cooked smh then the Mac in cheese dry looked old the rice in beans was okay. I was so upset I couldn’t eat the chicken I through it away remind u the manager was the only one working around 130pm in looked frustrated herself moving slow in All so when she told the cook throw more chicken I assumed it would be fresh in cooked well done but I was wrong. It also smelled uncooked which can make people sick so y’all please don’t eat here I warned u. I use to eat at this location so much start of the year in last year don’t have this issue I think it has gotten worse with customer service in managers are not standing on business in they are nasty no gloves or hair nets. Every time I visit the service is slow. Every time I visit they are out of dip. Every time I visit the line is very long. The line isnt long because of of the volume, it is long because the employees move at the slowest pace I have ever seen. It takes 10 min to order and 20 min to get your food. They don't even apologize for the 20 min wait times. One time I was there from 830pm to 910pm just to order out. You would have thought I would have got my food and ate it in the dining area in the amount of time it took just to order and receive my food. How are you out of dipping sauce every time I come to this location? Ohhh I know the answer..BAD MANAGEMENT!!
