Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

I went to this Baskin Robbins where there were 3 females working. I pulled up at the drive thru at 9:40 knowing they close at 10:00. I waited in line patiently. There was one 5 cars in front of me. At about 9:50 the truck in front of me pulled up to the speaker. No one else was behind me. The guy tried to place his order but everything he tried to order they said they didnt have it. So they told him to hold on. I watched them thru the window he couldn't see them but I could. They were in there just walking around laughing and talking just letting the time pass. At about 1 mins to 10 they come back to the speaker to take his order again. I knew when I got to the speaker that were going to say they were closed. And that's what happened. They told me they were closed. I told them that I had been sitting there waiting for 20 mins. So when I told them that I was going that I was going to call corporate they decided to take my order. After I get to the window and pay for my order they decided to take their time to make one mango banana smoothie. I could hear them inside talking about me that's how loud they were. I still waited for my drink another 9 mins after I paid for it. No professionalism, no customer service just rude. This is my 3rd time going to this particular store and I always have a issue. Even when I ordered UBBER EATS from them I still get the wrong order. I will not be visiting this establishment again. There are 2 others on the same main road and they will get my business...

The absolute worst Baskin Robbins to patronize. The first time we went I asked for less milk in the milkshake so it’s not milky, they tell me “no” I need to pay for another scope of ice cream. We said we would never return, today 7/8/18 we went back for a pint of ice cream. We waited at the speaker to order and said “hello” 3 times they never said anything, drive around and they tell us we can’t order at the window but have to go back in the line and order. Like what if we wanted to add to our order? Would we have to drive back around... unbelievable....

This location never fails to disappoint. Whoever owns and operates this particular location, does a grave disservice to the Dunkin’/ Baskin Robbin’s brand. Either they don’t have key flavors available or the staff on duty is far from hospitable. On this particular visit, I was told that my coupon for a Bogo cup or cone referred only to the cup or cone, and not the ice cream that would be contained there in. Such an interpretation was not only an insult to my intelligence, but a slap in the face to the consumer. I am appalled....
