This Chipotle location is just annoying to go to. When you walk in, you're immediately greeted with a bunch of signs to read. The signs are to inform you what they're out of for the day (i.e. salad dressing, lettuce, sour cream). Then there's another sign telling you to pay with your card or exact change. The pandemic is over, why don't you have change???? I warn everyone to be cautious from eating her because the workers don't follow health guidelines. One of the employees by the name Jessenia, was making my order, and another came up to ask her to reheat her quesadilla. They lady had already opened the food and taken a piece from it. Jessenia took the food back and touched it, then proceeded to try and finish making my food. The other customer then went and got another item for her to reheat. I stopped Jessenia and told her to change her gloves because she had touched someone else's food. She acted confused like she didn't understand my point. I had to further explain to her that she shouldn't be taking food back from the customer and that it's against health regulations. She got frustrated with me and asked another coworker to come make my food, which turned out to be the manager on duty. The manager didn't bother to correct her either. This is why customers get sick from here. They also don't keep the place very clean like they should. Woodmore location is much...
Read moreI will start by saying 99% off the staff was great, and the food was fine. But there was one staff member who was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude. My husband has a severe food allergy. And by severe I mean that even the slightest cross contamination can cause anaphylaxis and a hospital visit. He is allergic to dairy, and because the staff at the burrito rolling stage of the assembly line touch handfuls of cheese, it is not safe for them to immediately handle his food after that. The solution is a simple glove change. It’s incredibly awkward to ask but it is necessary so my husband doesn’t die. We’ve been to a million other locations and it has never been an issue. But the woman at this Chipotle was exceptionally rude about it. She sighed and eye rolled and acted like we were causing the biggest inconvenience of her life. For a glove change! It wasn’t a brief eye roll either. It was sustained and repeated behavior. We don’t like asking for accommodations but it’s necessary for him to be able to eat safely. This location (and really just this one woman) needs training on food allergies, and maybe just plain customer service. It really ruined our visit. I was appalled at her behavior. I have never in my life experienced staff in any restaurant...
Read moreFirst thing we noticed upon entering is how LOUD the music is. I am glad the employees are able to enjoy themselves, but... during business hours the music needs to be turned down a bit (maybe down to 20 at least 🙄).
Three of the employees seemed to be doing all the work while another 3 stood around and gabbed, completely ignoring us as we were sent down the line, causing a back up. Our food was automatically bagged to go without even asking us. The cashier was in a hurry to clear up the back up (not his fault) so he even threw our cups into the bag. 😐
The water in the soda machine is carbonated 😯 🤢, the chips not what we are used to. 🤷🏻♀️ They were thick, hard, and mostly burnt.
The burrito bowl was good. Overflowing with food. But, the rice is undercooked and hard.
There was no pleasant conversation during our meal as we couldn't hear ourselves think, much less the other talk.
Overall, a lousy experience. A semi decent meal with nothing to drink if you don't drink soda. We will NOT be back. As a matter of fact, as the music progressively got louder (each song it appear to get turned up), I finally had enough and chose to finish my meal in the truck.
