Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Wish I could give a negative rating. I ordered food online. A gyro and some fries to be delivered to my job. Put my work address in. Someone from the restaurant called me about my order and to CONFIRM my address. I was informed it would be about a 45 minute wait. So after an hour of waiting I call to find out where my food is. Someone answers and said the driver left about 12 minutes ago. I'm like are you serious? So I just told them to cancel my order by the time it got to me it would be too cold. Do you know what this FOOL said on the phone?? The owner is delivering and you are not in delivery range!! What??! So you mean to tell me that when I placed the order online, when I received a call from your restaurant confirming my address, they didn't know it wasn't within range. No one could have called me to let me know! I am over here starving waiting for my food. What ticked me off is how nonchalant the guy on the phone was!

FYI: They delivered to my business last week I got the same thing. Smh. I have attached the menu their driver gave me LAST WEEK when they delivered my Gyro and fries.

My wife and I have been ordering from Romeo's for quite awhile now. They're one of the few places that deliver in Odenton, and we've never had any problem with the food or the service.

A couple of weeks ago, we went on their website and put in a delivery order. After an hour, we called again just to check on the status of our order. The girl on the phone asked for our address, and after moment she got back on the phone and said our delivery was with the driver and on the way.

About forty minutes later, we called again. This time, the manager answered the phone. He checked, and they didn't even have a record of our order; they had been having some problems with their ordering system that day, he said. The girl on the phone lied to us and even went so far as to pretend she was looking into our order for us. As for the order being "with the driver and on its way," seems that too was a complete lie. The manager said he'd look into it and call us back the next day. Which, of course, he never called.

Can't tell you how many times we've ordered from them in the past year. I can certainly tell you we'll never order from...

I ordered a a large (approx. 13.5in) half cheese/half pepperoni, nothing else just the pie and it came out to $17.42 - time was 15min as promised.

The pizza was disappointing. Nothing really special about it. Very greasy and no body whatsoever. It was light on the sauce, so if you're into that that's a plus, I like balance. Also the half pepeorni looks like someone just threw it on there with out care, and I'm not even talking about the lack of toppings as much as it was all in one place.

I've ordered from here a long time ago and it was OK, again nothing to be wow'd by. When I went to pick up the girl behind the counter was friendly, made things easy to pick up but it didn't feel clean, it may have been, but the clutter and old signs, mismatch furniture just made it feel off.
