First the location was to open at 11am per the sign. I waited in the parking lot and at 11 I stood and waited at the door even knocking being totally ignored. There was one car in the drive thru line I pulled in behind it and could hear lots of commotion over the loudspeaker amongst the employees as I ordered. When I received my food I asked the cashier if they were going to open the dining room because my plan was not to eat in my car. She simply responded, “ Oh I don’t know when we’re going to open it.” I then pulled around to the front and ate in my car. Less than 4 mins later a white couple came to the fore which was still locked and almost immediately someone came and unlocked it to allow them entrance. I went in asked for the manager and thought this all To her attention. Her response, “ she can’t tell you when we’ll open the doors because I’m the manager and I didn’t open the doors because I didn’t have any food ready.” That was obviously not the case since there was a car before me in the drive thru that was served before me. I asked her does she understand how that makes a person of color as myself feel? “ I do understand.” The food was actually good but the highly doubt I’ll go back. Read moreI'm guessing it was manager? She was not pleasant & I guess a couple new workers? Maybe people weren't listening all day but even customer said they should walk out & quit. Also heard her say, I told you already 10 times, I'm not going to tell you again? Maybe was more employees, I don't know but she was not representing very well to public & little bit rude! They were going thru chicken pieces & also understand they don't want to cook alot couple hours before closing but if pieces are sitting out & people choose ones they like, then should be told, not guaranteed those pieces (nicely). Understand someone waited 30 mins for more pieces but they got mostly new then pieces requested pulled out. Other (new) employee knew the pieces, then up charge white & what wanted was gone. Stating what pieces I wanted & rudely kept saying these aren't yours mam. Can say previous several orders being filled first (nicely). The second order could've been filled before restocking so don't know why on that not being people waiting 30 mins? We were dining in. Read moreOrdered through drive through 3 meals plus kids meal, was rushed with order (telling me total and pull around after saying each meal), when pulled around we paid to the employee who had an attitude at that point and was handed one bag & then the employee shut the window for a few minutes without saying a word & not coming back. After waiting we finally got the attention of another employee who handed us the "rest" of the food & apologized (this employee was very kind & I wish I would have gotten his name so I could mention how sweet he was, especially compared to the rude man who helped us in the drive thru!). Food was not warm. Chicken meal was very hard to eat due to being either over cooked or left out so long, forgot fixings cups after telling us it was in the bag, forgot milk for kids meal and messed up the spicy chicken sandwich as well, sandwich was falling apart & had to eat it in pieces. When reaching out to the company through an email sent on the tattle website sent after the order, I was supplied 30 rewards points & an apology, which isn't even enough for a reward.
