Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

We all make mistakes. We grow when we admit it. Seasons Pizza in Owings Mills doesn't seem to like admitting it though. The pizza is really good so we'll keep ordering it, but two of the last three orders have not been great dealing with the staff. 1.We ordered delivery which never showed up. I called, they said it was on the way. It finally showed up really late and cold. I called back, she said it was delivered immediately and she told me when I had called. I checked my phone logs, the time she quoted back was my second call. She finally admitted that the original call, the staff never put the order in. Another order, they sent a New York style crust instead of pan. I verified my receipt to make sure I didn't make the mistake. I definitely ordered pan crust. When I called, she claimed it was a pan crust that had been prepared the night before and just didn't rise. Really? Do they just think all of their customers are stupid? Not as good as it used to be. My family has been going here for many years. Some of the staff is amazing but the food quality is hit and miss. After last night's order, and several misses over the last 6 months, our family has chosen to find a new place for our pizzas orders. After picking up our order and showing the manager the error he wanted to argue with me. I was stunned that he would insult my intelligence in this way. The place was not busy for a Monday afternoon and I can't understand how it's ok for a family to spend $30 and only have edible food for 1 from a pizza place. We have no money to waste. We left and went to CF for some chicken sandwiches. The pictures are of a "large pan crust pizza with 2 toppings" . ( What we received was a saltine cracker with cheese and pepperoni). I lived in this community for over four years now and I can remember when they built this restaurant to when they first opened. We loved it at first but now it just seems as if everything has changed like this world we live in . I gave them four stars because I will still support any Buissness as many as I can . But they seem to be very forgetful now that things are reopening up when they didn’t have much Buissness because pandemic hit the food was much hotter than it is now. I don’t miss getting luke warm to cold food 🤦🏾‍♀️. We spent over $50 today for something we honestly could have made at home at least it would have been hot.
