I went in to the store on Thursday afternoon after work. I called Wednesday and spoke to a lovely associate to determine whether or not I needed to place an order a head of time for the minis I was looking to order for a party. The associate stated no order needed to be placed, when I come in, they will just need 10 min to put the order together. I then asked about the store hours and asked if they make the mini dozen up until close, he said yes. Thursday when I arrived, it was about 6:15-6:30. It was pouring out so it took me a bit longer to make it in to the store then i anticipated. When I walked in, no one greeted me. A young man looked up from his phone in my direction. I asked if I should go to him or wait. He nodded so I walked to him. I asked about the mini dozen and the flavors. He pointed at the sign. I asked again if I could get any flavors and he said yea. I started to decide on my order when I noticed that the Apple Pay was down. I asked if I could still use it and he said yea and picked up a machine from behind the counter. I went on to pick out my flavors when the young woman next to him said no customs. Only signature right now. And I asked why? When I was told I could get the customs until close. They both rolled their eyes and I asked again. They simply said “no customs just signature. Are you getting them or not?” I was appalled. This is not how I would expect to be treated or spoken to. This was very disappointing and upsetting. I wanted to give my friend the flavors she wanted rather than being forced to get something I...
Read moreThough I am not new to the Nothing Bundt Cake brand, I have never been to the actual store. Leave it to my best friend to get me inside of one during my trip to Baltimore. LoL!
The Nothing Bundt Cake location was easy to find as it sits on the main road. Once parked, we headed to the door and was met with a LONGGGGGGG line. Though the line was longgggggggg, the flow of the line was smooth and wasn't overly extended as it appeared most had placed their orders online, and the staff inside had a smooth process flow.
Once inside, the store is beautiful and vibrant. The staff was all smiles and very pleasant to interact with. My best friend picked up her order as she had placed it online, and I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Bundlette.
OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I couldn’t wait to taste the cake. This was my first time with this flavor and I was excited. I decided I just wanted to taste it to satisfy my curiosity so I opened it and I took a fork full. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! Somehow, I blinked and the entire bundlette was GONE!!!! I mean completely GONE…
The cake was soft and flavorful. The pineapple to vanilla ratio was spot on. The pineapple piece was perfect for the flip approach executed on the cake, and the frosting was a perfect blend of sweet and creamy to add to the experience. When I say amazing, I mean amazing. This case was taste bud magic and I was all for it.

Read moreThis location is selling a Nothing Bundt Cakes bundle bag. You buy three bundtlettes and get one free. I placed an order online months ago, and when I went to the store to pick it up, I was offered the bag bundle, and decided to purchase only because it is a black owned business. I was NOT advised at the time of purchase that I could not use the bag bundle when purchasing online orders. No where in the store does it state that you can’t use the bag bundle when ordering online. I placed another online order today, and went to the store to pick up my order and redeem my free bundtlette, and was advised this time, I could not use the bundle. I requested to speak with the manager, and the young guy at the counter told me the manager was busy. He could not explain to me why I could not use it, so again I requested to speak with a manager. The manager comes out and says that there’s no way online for customers to redeem bag bundles. This is so unacceptable! If this is a policy, customers should be advised when purchasing the bag, and their should also be something in writing in the store for customers to see. The right thing for the manager to do today was to give me my free bundtlette, especially since I had already purchased 5 online. Why is it black owned businesses can’t get the customer service thing down. That’s how you keep customers coming back. Not a happy...
