This is a rather long review so bear with me please. I'm trying to be very honest and objective about things in spite being a little upset over what took place. The first time I ordered pizza I said to myself "well this isn't half bad, I'll order another next week". The pizza was made pretty well actually. Tasty, toppings evenly coated the pizza, slightly fluffy crust, even layer of sauce and cheese. Whoever made it did a fantastic job. Was on night shift but I forget what time and day in specific it was. The stromboli I ordered with it was a little greasy but not too bad, and it was still really tasty and well balanced through the stromboli. Made well for the most part. This time around, the difference was night and day. The time stamp of my order is 8/9/2019 around 5:30pm. Ordered a medium pizza and a stromboli. THIS Pizza was a disaster. It was almost as much crust as it was cheese, sauce and toppings, but the crazy thing is that it was so thin that I could confuse it for paper. One side of the pizza had few toppings and the other side had almost none at all, which baffles me because the toppings go ACROSS the pizza. You'd think a 2 toppings pizza would have more toppings than crust line but this one didn't. There was also almost no sauce except in the very center of the pizza, it was like a pool gushed out when I fixed the bad cutting done on the pizza by cutting it myself, but inspite of the pool of sauce, it was like a desert half way through and to the crust of the pizza. What happened? Is this a different employee than the last employee who made my pizza and stromboli? Also, as far is this stromboli goes, still not much of an issue. BUT WHAT IS THIS PIZZA?! I've never seen a worse pizza and I've eaten it burnt...

I recently order food online from this branch and days later after viewing my statement discovered that $5 had been secretly added and charged to my account after delivery!!!!
Come to find out after calling to get a explanation, the delivery driver that gave me my food went back to the branch and added a $5 dollar tip without my permission!!! Somehow they are able to add charges to your account beyond delivery without even physically having or ever seeing your card and you will never know until you check your statement because your receipt will still reflect the original charge since the fraudulent act occurred after the original transaction. Not even a manager should have this kind of power let alone a regular employee!!! This exploit should not even exist!!!
Luckily when I called to vent the people I spoke to on the phone were nice enough to apologize and threaten to fire said driver after she returned my $5 in cash. The driver however did not show until several hours later (close to closing time) and I had to call twice to make sure the driver was still coming to give back the money she stole from me. I hope for their sake and the sake of other customers they followed through on firing this dishonest employee.
I ordered Seasons Pizza since the day they opened and always loved their food (despite the price hike) but now I will never order from them ever again and will look to alternatives. I could never trust any future transactions with this business ever again.
To the driver who stole from me. I hope the $5 was worth your job, steady income and loyalty to your employer....
Read moreI have ordered from this location many times - no more! I called tonight because they delivered the wrong food to me. When it finally came I was frustrated because I ordered and paid for extra items for my salad and they were not provided. So I called again - to express my concern and ask for something to be done for my inconvenience they were rude and wanted me to wait longer (like 1.5 hours for 2 salads is isn’t long enough) for them to bring me the extras I already ordered/paid for. And after talking to a “manger” she put me on hold for me to wait longer to get a “ regional“ manger 🤣 who was no help just wanted to make excuses for his incompetent team and made a comment to me about not being my slave, so I should calm down. Which I find offensive and rude!! I am a customer and paid for a service that wasn’t provided. Yes I was frustrated but to be expected after my experience. They have no idea how to treat their customers- they lost me and I hope by this review they lose more customers. I will take my business/money else where. This is the salad I was provided that supposedly has extra avocado 🥑 and cheese 🧀 on it! Oh and the customer that Ordered the personal pan pizza and Greek salad - even though the bag was opened I promise I didn’t touch your food. I am sorry I didn’t realize it wasn’t mine.
