Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life. I included pictures because the pieces of chicken I received tonight are just unacceptable for a place that charges $30 for a 12 piece. These pieces of chicken were hardly bigger than a bic lighter. These wings were literally fried bones with fat in the middle, not one piece of meat on them.. crazy to see a place you used to love go downhill so badly. I didn’t receive straws and napkins or any type of condiments and I noticed that any kind of a deal that you have is offset by a $3.50 dollar drink it doesn’t include to keep you up to your $12 meal price. If anybody’s reading this review, it’s your mistake, if you ever go to this Popeyes . I’m a long time customer and I’ll never be back. By the way, the shrimp is absolutely horrible and comes with nothing to dip in. Never thought I’d say this, but here I come KFC to finish my dinner tonight since the absolutely disgusting meal I received from Popeyes didn’t fill me up....

They never have the specials available at this location (not participating or no product). Continually have to wait for food, always parking drive-thru orders. This wouldn't be a bad thing to wait for fresh cooked food but the employees are rude and have an attitude when having to walk your order outside. If you ask them for something, they meet your eye but won't respond verbally. Then you have to stand to wait and wonder if you were heard only to receive one sticky package of dipping sauce. My boyfriend refuses to visit this location because of the staff. We were one of many parked drive-thru orders so he took our receipt and went inside to wait. The girl refused to give him the bag of food and let the food sit while gathering OTHER car orders. She then gathered all the bags, walked around him and delivered the food to my car with a huffy attitude. Such a horrible 'tude I decided not to ask for the drink I paid for because I was afraid she'd spit in it. ...

I went to this location Monday, 11/18/19, to purchase a chicken sandwich and a chicken sandwich combo, it was warm but more on the cold side, like the sandwich was old and reheated in the microwave. So I parked my vehicle to enter the lobby to have my wife and I sandwich swap for a fresh sandwich, in which I was met by the manager who gave me nothing but attitude and the need to tell me the sandwiches was fresh, then taking the sandwiches into a corner where they serve food out the window next to the drink machine out of sight. An employee returned with what appeared to be two freshly made sandwiches only to be the same sandwiches I brought in the restaurant to have swapped. So in conclusion my wife and I left the sandwiches on the counter and demanded a refund, I was charged for the drink and fries that came with the meal. The manager and employee began speaking in their native language. I would never make a purchase or support...
