If i could vote less than one star i would, i was just thrown out of this establishment for a mistake and inconvenience on THE PART OF AN EMPLOYEE.
Long story short, my card was swiped THREE TIMES (i have all of my receipts as proof, as well as a printout FROM this place that SHOWS they charged me 3 times) and a total of $40 was taken OUT of my account for a $15 meal. Not to mention, my coworkers card was swiped twice and about $25 was taken from her account for a $12 meal.
The waitress came back to our table several times as we were attempting to close out our bill and head back to work; flustered saying that it was too confusing for her, speaking fast, and running off. And instead of asking for help or trying to fix it, my money was STOLEN and we were thrown out. I have been frequenting this restaurant for OVER a year now and NEVER had an issue such as this.
I requested my funds back, and was given a song and dance about the credit card processing company, etc.; something that has absolutely nothing to do with me. My bank shows my account in REAL TIME and regardless if it is just a "hold" i do NOT have access to money that is "held." I just want my money refunded ASAP.
THE MANAGER WHO I LEARNED IS THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER then had a complete mental breakdown, telling me i had an attitude because MY MONEY was taken and i was being inconvenienced; when i asked her how long it would take to receive my funds back in my account as i would be following up with them within the hour. A gray haired gent (who i just learned is the OWNER of this establishment) came from behind the bar to take up for the frazzled manager and told us to leave, not before being completely disrespectful; yelling at myself and my coworkers as if WE had done something wrong. Is this how PAYING customers are treated?? SPECIFICALLY A CUSTOMER THAT PAID THREE TIMES FOR ONE $15 MEAL??
I literally just received a phone call from the "manager" Lauren Gamble to inform me that I would have to call MY bank to have the charges reversed if i wanted them immediately, OR wait until COB to have them close everything out to receive my funds; again an inconvenience to ME for a mistake of an employee of this place.
I have been frequenting this restaurant of OVER a year now and NEVER had an issue such as this. The waitress was not properly trained on using the register, and the staff i dealt with directly was BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
I will recommend that my company no longer use this establishment for our lunches, REQUIRED Happy Hours, etc.
And per the "Owners" request, i will NOT be back. You wont get another DIME of my money. I will continue to post about the HORRIBLE service I received today.
IT IS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK.

I pulled into a packed parking lot with no parking available anywhere. The entire place was packed with patrons. Made me look forward to coming in.
I walked in. Nobody at the hostess stand. Went straight to the bar to find an open seat and sat down.
At this point, after a 12 hour workday and getting a financial Hail Mary thrown at me midday, this entire experience at this place went South. And did not recover at all.
I had to ask for someone to wipe off the bar where I sat down. I had to ask for a menu. All standard stuff that I shouldn't be asking for a thing. This was after waiting roughly 5 minutes for someone to appear after walking past me a dozen times. Not one person was smiling. Not one person was welcoming. Everyone behind the bar kept checking their phones for the time. Not one person looked thrilled to be there at all. It set a very uneasy and less confident environment that this was going to get any better.
Nothing on the menu really caught my eye. It was all the same standard stuff I see everywhere. So, I decided to keep it simple and got a bowl of half and half and a pretzel. Again, another 5 minutes for someone to appear. Everyone disappeared. Someone working the other end of the bar all the way on the other end had to come take my order.
My drink came out in this beautiful glass ice cold. My food came out spilled over the bowl, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. There was no indication that anything was prepared and it was microwaved. My pretzel had no salt on it. And I had to order a side of cheese because I don't eat mustard but on rare occasions.
Nothing that took place here last night made me want to return. What I saw was a bunch of patrons laughing and smiling. But a staff being given an opportunity and putting zero effort into anything. The time on their phone seemed to be more important. And they took my payment quickly with zero hesitation.
I worked to pay for this. And it just gets to be a repetitive point that I'm sick of being the only one saying anything. But, I'll just take this receipt and write it off on my taxes and move on. Because that is what it is all about.
The opportunity was given to your employees to make it shine. And I closed my already long day out on this note. There was nowhere else to really go to sit and eat at this point.

Chicken Quesadilla was good except the chicken was chewy and dry. I actually picked it out and ate around it. Apr2023: Lukewarm fries, so I asked for a new set. Waitress brought me a new set in less than 60s. Now come on...you can't cook fries in 60s. So it was just more of the same tepid fries from the same basket in the kitchen. SMH. Aug2022: Yet another visit with spoiled food. Asian Trio App had been my favorite, but this time the pot stickers were spoiled! After spitting out the first bite, I cut into the others and they smelled the same. Visited ~dozen times thru & since the pandemic and the place struggles with food quality. Spinach artichoke dip, wings are reliably good, but we've been disappointed with pizzas (ask that it be cooked crispy) and I had a lousy crab cake & shrimp salad club sandwich (pic). Bacon was overcooked and probably prepped beforehand. ICE cold shrimp salad and a lukewarm crab cake. Also did their open roast beef sandwich (pic), was decent but would not get it again. Beef was definitely not homemade felt like it came off the back of a Cisco truck. Fries usually good if they're fresh. Mozarella sticks severely overcooked one time all cheese was on the outside, not kidding see pic. Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap (pic) (new 2023) was actually really good. Would order again. The male bartender who's been there a while is a bit confrontational. He often hurries you while ordering and uses sharp, quick responses and eye rolls. Initially wondered if we pissed him off, but maybe it's just his MO. This is worse for my wife, as she likes to be conversational with servers and he's not having it even when not busy. The half/half crab soup was pretty good, but a cup of soup is not worth $6.99. Chicken Cesar Salad wrap was meh. Dried white meat chicken pieces and just lettuce that's covered in dressing. Ok, but needs something in addition to these two...
