Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

The service is nice but the owner who owns all the subways in Elkridge and a few in Columbia they won't take the subway coupons At all. The coupons don't say only can use at certain subways. I don't know y the owners won't take it, but then they should not b called subway if they make their own rules. I have to go 2 a total different county just 2 use the coupons. When u r on a budget it just makes u not want 2 go 2 subway at all. Especially if u have a family. Go somewhere else it's 2 much especially when they don't honor the things that are promoted on everything..Thinking they can make their own rules fine but you need 2 post something as well. I placed an order online, but upon arriving at the store, staff claimed they hadn’t received it—even though my app, email confirmation, and debit transaction clearly showed it was placed at this location. The staff were unhelpful and left me waiting nearly an hour before even attempting to reach the manager, who never responded. Frustrated and hungry, I had to place another order. So I don’t typically review places but this place deserves it. My boyfriend and I come here very often (pre-COVID was weekly). The customer service is always above and beyond expectations. Whenever we walk in we are always greeted and the main guy that works here usually knows what subs we want or sometimes even chooses for me when I don’t know what I want. The food quality for this particular subway is hands down the best!! We won’t go to any other Subway restaurant unless...
