If I could give them zero Stars I would. DO NOT buy any crabs from them. I paid $60 for medium crabs and they were all HOLLOW. I called so they rectify the matter and the black guy that works there hung up on me! Can you believe that craziness? Telling me that it was my problem and they can't control it! He told me that he would not be doing anything and he didn't care if they lost the customer. I will be leaving negative feedback on every media outlet that I can, He was very unprofessional to no only hang up on a customer who who is trying to understand why the $25 small crabs had more meat in them than the $60 medium crabs, but to say he didn't care if they lost me as a customer. Every leg that I pulled out of these crabs I could see straight through the shell. I will never go here again and will not recommend...

I ordered a PIT BEEF sandwich which was nothing more than a boiled roast beef sandwich !! Unfortunately it was unseasoned & lacking in any type of flavor what so ever ... it LITERALLY tasted like boiled roast beef nothing more and sadly nothing less !! I really was looking forward to a good pit beef sandwich too [ Sigh ]

I wanted to also order some crabs since I had just returned from the West coast after 20 yrs .. I was looking forward to picking some crabs. Compared to other local retailers, their prices were pretty high for the small sizes ... I've never even seen crabs as small as they were selling being sold by other area retailers... they said their smallest crabs were 5 inches....

Needless to say ... I won't be returning nor will I be...

Today was the first time I had lunch here and it will absolutely be the last. I got a steak and cheese, only ate half of it because I found three small pieces of bone in it..I thought at first I had chipped a tooth. It was greasy and the fries were awful. I even contacted them to tell them and all the lady said was OK, I will let the manager know.. and she apologized.....thats it??? WOW!!! now don't get me wrong I know from time to time this can happen, but 3 small chips of bone in one half?? GOD only knows what's lurking in the other half. I will never know...went straight in the trash...and by the way...their mac and cheese is garbage too..bland, greasy and not much...
