I’m honestly pretty disappointed with this Starbucks location. Yesterday morning, I had to wait about seven minutes in line even though there was just one person ahead of me, which is understandable during a busy time. But what really got me was that after I paid, it took another 15 minutes just to get my coffee. I ended up being late for work, which was really frustrating.
This morning, I gave them another shot and brought my daughter along. We stood in line for 17 minutes with only three people in front of us. The kicker? They were barely taking orders at the register because they were so focused on delivery and pickup orders. We eventually just gave up and left.

The stopper usually runs out, causing the coffee to spill.

They were focused entirely on mobile and pickup orders, completely ignoring customers standing at the counter. They finished every online order first before even taking mine. When I mentioned this, they said management is aware but doesn’t care because they’re “greedy.” This isn’t fair to walk-in customers. I’ll be writing to the corporate office about...
